  I wanted to pick up a ring that was like the one I used in my wedding but stronger and that wouldn’t lose color or get scratched with time. Devin was a huge help in exploring options and knowledgeable. With his help we were able to find one that was closest to my original ring but would be more durable for future years. My wife and I were thrilled to find one that was exactly what we were looking for! The customer service was excellent and they had a great warranty plan. Would highly recommend.

  John was excellent with helping me pick out the perfect ring. He went into detail the differences between rings, their value, everything. It felt more personal than buying some other ring from a generic jewelry store. John kept me informed and up to date on where the ring was and when it was finished. I would 100% recommend going to Riddles than any other store, and talk to John if you can. He definitely made the process easy and less stressful. Can’t thank him enough for all his help.

  We were at the Riddles in Mankato and had a great experience! Grace was a wonderful help and you could tell she actually wanted to help me find the right ring, not just sell me something. We walked away to look at other jewelers. I actually found another ring that I really liked at another jeweler but didn’t feel the care that I felt from Grace. The rings I got from Riddles are absolutely beautiful, but Grace was the deciding factor in where we purchased.

  Took a piece of costume jewelry I found in my recently passed mother's things. It enchanted me as a small child because of its dazzle and sparkle. The big, main crystal like stone was detached. They were kind enough to reattach the stone and gave it a quick polish. I asked what I owed and was told, "Nothing". I was pleasantly surprised. I noticed many pretty pieces in the cases as I waited for my little old treasure to be returned to me. Stop in and give them a look, I'm sure you will see many items you like. The staff was friendly and helpful, always a pleasure. Thank you ladies, I have a fond memory of my mother that I can wear on occasion now thanks to you.

  Called into Riddles and spoke with the team. Was looking to make a custom necklace. They went above and beyond my expectations! They got me everything I wanted on the necklace and even the diamond i thought wasn't going to work they did! Would recommend Riddles anytime for just normal jewelry to customized jewelry!

  We were traveling. While I was driving my watch dropped off my arm. I can't be without my watch. :) I found Riddle's in Rapid City, SD. I asked them if they could fix my watchband. They said absolutely but it would take 30 minutes to finish. Only 30 minutes? Perfect. When I returned it was all finished. When I asked how much I owed they said "no charge". Thank you so much. Everyone in Rapid City should shop with these nice people. :)

  We have made many many purchases from Riddles and we only purchase from Riddles now. There service and people and products ie jewelry are all top notch 15 purchases from 11 rings 3 gold chains 1 Black hills gold Lockett 1 Tennis bracelet. Gold and diamond and 1gold anklet and I don't know how many pairs of earrings. Very pleased with all of the pieces purchased
