  The employees at Riddles are amazing. I had three charms to be engraved and received such kind treatment and attention to the detail for my request. They were sensitive to my desire to get these charms engraved by Christmas which I appreciated immensely. The cost for this engraving order was also significantly better than anyone else in town. Riddles will definitely be my go-to jeweler for all my future purchases.

  I had no problem ordering the ring, but after that it was most frustrating. The first one to arrive was too small, so I ordered a second one, which was the same size as the first. The third attempt? Yes you guessed it the same size. I took all of them into the store and not one of them was the size I ordered. The store sized one of them and I ended up sending the other two back. Very poor quality control. Josh from Corporate was most apologetic when I talked to him, and it wasn’t his fault that the wrong size was sent 3 times. However it doesn’t reflect well on the company when this happens. I really like the ring which is a gift to my granddaughter.
