  I searched online for quite a while looking for a place to create a ring for my elm ivory I received from my uncle. Riddle’s has a great selection and I was super excited to find they had sterling silver as an option because I love sterling!

  Over all the customer service was fantastic. I am however disappointed in how long it took for riddles to actually get my ring from their “manufacturer” (idk if that’s the correct term) I know it was out of riddles control but I am happy with how helpful the RIDDLES customer service was :)

  I first saw it online and would have liked to seen it in person, when I drove to the closest Riddles Jewelry store; but they did not have it. Buying it on line was very easy with a 20 day return if it had not been what I wanted. I asked for a better real life picture and it was graciously texted to me. Thank you, for doing that. I appreciate everyone’s niceness. My preference would still be to see it in person.

  I love this jewelry store bin Cheyenne. I saw a gorgeous ring on line and Devin found it and was having it transferred over to the Cheyenne store. While I was there I found a stunning pear cut morganite ring. I had to have it. And they were having a 30% of sale. Devin was helpful and polite. I will definitely be back.

  We are extremely happy with the service and selection Riddles had! After going to a different store where they were rude and didn’t care about what we said we liked and didn’t like and kept pushing her to try on ones she didn’t like. Then we went to riddles and they were very polite and professional and after hearing what she wanted the first ring he pulled out was perfect! He was very very knowledgeable and listened to what she had to say to make sure he only showed us what she would actually like. He showed us a great selection and made our engagement ring shopping experience so much fun.

  Hanna is amazing! She helped us through the whole process and made it as painless as possible. When we ran into an issue about sourcing a diamond she quickly brought several other options to us. Hanna along with everyone else take pride in their work and it really shows. We definitely recommend Riddles for all jewelry purchases; they have fair prices and an incredible inventory that’s alway in rotation. 10/10 love them!

  We took several pieces of jewelry in to have them appraised. The staff ended up cleaning all of our jewelry and bringing them back to life. Each and every employee was so nice and extremely professional! I left numerous pieces there to have them repaired and I’m more than confident that they will be well cared for and retuned in good as new condition. I think I have found my new go to jewelers!

  The Fort Dodge store did not have what I wanted. And with very short notice Michelle had it sent to the store everything went very smoothly. She even had other people working on it on her day off. That’s service and why I have always bought my jewelry at Riddles.

  When I walked in I was immediately greeted and show to exactly what I was looking for. Unlike most places that sell upscale items they were all very friendly and willing to help.   Kyle waited on me and my hubby on our 1st visit. We were just looking on that day for a graduation gift for our granddaughter. We were price comparing and Riddles was our 4th stop for jewelry shopping. He was amazing in that he was very patient showing us bracelets and the various charms they sold to go with the wide selection of bracelets. After about 30 minutes of looking, we decided to continue strolling through the mall to see what other jewelers had to offer and were pleasantly surprised to have two competitors tell us to try out Riddle’s as they had the largest selection of charm bracelets in the mall if not the east side of town. But we decided to go home as we had seen enough bracelets and charms for one day and we wanted to discuss how much we wanted to spend and what charms might be the most meaningful on her most important day! The very next afternoon, I returned to Riddle’s better prepared with what we wanted. I was glad to see Kyle working and better still he remember waiting on me and immediately went back over to the bracelets where he worked patiently with me until we found both the perfect bracelet and four charms to attach. He went to his computer to make sure that what I selected was in stock so that we would be able to have our gift in hand for the graduation ceremony. I left the store feeling confident that we had indeed gone to the right store and were lucky enough to have a good salesman who was kind and patient with this grandma! Thanks to Kyle and the other young man who was there, I think we have found a new jewelry store for future purchases.
