  This was a gift to my daughter for her 30th birthday... It DID NOT disappoint. This ring is beautiful, love the details on the band, the gem is brilliant, and it fit wonderfully. I am so happy I found this ring, and the service was great no issues forcing me to deal with customer service, is say that was great customer service.

  I had been looking at rings for a while and had it narrowed down to 2. Then I looked at Riddles and KNEW I had found what I wanted. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering something so expensive sight unseen, but I knew if there was a problem there is a local store. The ordering process was easy, I even got a credit line because it was zero percent. I had a question about my shipment and literally minutes after emailing I had a response with tracking. Overall it was a great experience!

  I received my order extremely fast- the earrings arrived in a beautiful box with a little gift bag as well. I've ordered from Riddles a few times now and I've never been disappointed with what I've received. I had gotten my niece a snowflake necklace with her birthstone from Riddles last Christmas, so I wanted to find earrings that would match the necklace. These earrings are just stunning. I know that she will cherish them when she is older. I get her a nice piece of jewelry every Christmas and Riddles is my go to for these gifts. Highly satisfied with my purchase & I highly recommend Riddles.

  Delivery was timely, but underwhelmed with my purchase. On line buying does not always lend well to view product for purchase. If I had viewed these earrings in a store setting, they would not be my 1st choice. Shipping material was inferior. I was wrong to expect the purchase would have been packaged a bit more fashionable.

  I loved working with Sarah M. I had a very old watch that was given to me by my mom, and belonged to my Grandmother. It's an old fashion gold analog watch that has a chained link strap, and some of the links were bent and getting caught on clothes. I hesitated so much taking it anywhere to repair it because of the sentimental value, but Sarah gave me the confidence to do it, and I am really happy with the results. They had to find old parts, but they got it to work and the strap looks perfect! The watch is ready to be passed on to the next generation!
