  I find it difficult to stay in the recommended range, my breath rate seems to be lower than 5. Also, my therapeutic minutes for the last thirty days are lower than for the last seven days, which doesn’t make sense.

  I find the use of my Resperate very easy to access, I also enjoy the time it allows me to relax and almost meditate, to the point that I'm in a dreamy state. I am also anxious to see where my blood pressure will be within the next five to six weeks, especially with a device that only requires very little of your time. I highly recommend investing in something so important to not only your health, but to your well being!

  I found this to be a wonderful, informative website, very pleasing to look at and very easy to navigate. When it came to placing my order, everything went smoothly.   I discovered this device and was very interested. I am taking a low dose blood pressure medicine but the side effects are a dry cough. I asked my daughter to look into it and she was impressed. I purchased the machine and have been very pleased.

  I have already recommended Resperate to a friend of mine whose daughter is very stressed out at school and is striking out at teachers and fellow students. If it did nothing for my blood pressure, I would still use it for the stress reduction it delivers. I am also happy to know that it was developed by an Israeli company. I believe I am a recipient of the blessiing that God spoke over Abraham when He told him that "in you (and his descendents) will all the nations of the earth be blessed".

  Called almost immediately after receiving my unit (as the instructions say to do), because my sensor strap was too small. Left a voicemail, and the recording said I would hear back from them. After a week, NO CALL BACK!!! Then I got on their website, and sent them an e-mail, requesting them to tell me how I could get a larger sensor strap, even if I had to pay for it. Took them almost two days to get back to me, still waiting for my larger sensor strap to arrive. I would not say this is good "customer service," especially when one considers how much these units cost!

  I like this product a lot. This is my second one -- the first one lasted about 3-4 years then just died. BUT the sensor frustrates me like crazy. By the time I hear "try to breathe more steadily" or "adjust your sensor belt"several times, I'm sure my blood pressure is going up. I do the SAME thing every time but don't get the same results. I thought the machine would help me breathe more steadily! I think it is too sensitive, or not sensitive enough -- not sure. But it (the sensor) feels cheap and needs to be upgraded in my opinion. As I said,I like this enough to order my second one (although I think it should have lasted longer.) Once this one dies, I won't order again unless it's been greatly improved. But I appreciate the concept and what it does do. Wish it had lasted longer!

  I confess I've been inconsistent in using the Resperate device - travel, new grandbaby, general "busyness" associated with it all. Even so, I've had quite gratifying results. I began at 161/91; my most recent post-Resperate reading was 120/70. And that's over less than 2 weeks! Also, I've found that I'm breathing deeper and slower when NOT using Resperate than before I started using it. That's confirmed by Resperate's initial breaths/minute. I started at 15; I now start sessions at 10 or 11. I suppose that must be one of the goals of consistently using guided breathing? I'm very pleased to be 68 and without any prescriptions. That would have changed with my upcoming annual physical if I hadn't gotten that BP down! I initially balked at the price of Resperate but then realized that if it truly worked, then it would pay for itself in only a few months PLUS I'd still be prescription-free. I can't say enough good things about the Resperate device! I wish it would be the first route to lowering BP rather than BP meds.

  Today I was doing just fine with my session; I started at 4.0 but halfway through your voice came on asking me to tighten my belt and then to loosen my belt. A few minutes later it interrupted me to say breathe in/ breath out. It was all very annoying and disrupted my tranquil state causing me to end higher than I started at 4.1. I think your program has some bugs in it. I have been using Resperate for over a month and reduced my blood pressure from 145/95 to 121/83 this morning. Please stop interrupting my sessions.   I have only had it for a couple of weeks and I just love it. For me my blood pressure is back to normal. I know they tell you to not go off your medicine but I did and resperate is keeping it normal. I love not having to take medicine that has too many side effects.

  I was at first skeptical that this could work. However, it seemed my blood pressure was more and more difficult to control. My meds kept being increased. I am not a drug advocate because there is always a tradeoff between benefit and side effects. I would much rather monitor my health naturally. I have to admit that the price kept me from ordering for a few months. However, since there is a money back guarantee, I decided I would give it a try. It worked immediately for me. I take my BP and record it. Then I spend 10-15 minutes with Resperate and take my BP again. Each time it drops about 20 points! I have only used it about a week, and my BP has stayed low.
