  I have only used RESPeRATE for about a week now, but already have seen a measurable (albeit slight) decrease in average blood pressure. But, more than the early success, what I'm most enjoying is my time using it... very, VERY relaxing... not unlike guided meditation. At this point I'm so very glad I made this purchase!

  From day 1 when I ordered Resperate the effect has been great . I rcv'd it within a few days and have been using it since. The 15 minute sessions are better than any forms of meditation that I've tried. Very calming process as i use it everyday.

  The order was sent from the distribution center in Las Vegas to an incorrect zip code. As a result it was then sent back to Las Vegas center. I checked the order I originally placed and I listed my correct zip code The shipment must of been incorrectly typed in on the label. I cannot contact customer service because of the 4th of July holiday. UGH!

  So far I am enjoying the time I spend on resperate. I am hoping that it will help control my blood pressure and reduce it some. I think the coaching by text is very helpful also. If by using this device for 10 minutes a day, I can reduce my blood pressure, it is well worth it.

  I think the concept is a sound one. When buying a unit for 2 users, there should be additional equipment - headphnes, sensor belt- FOR EACH USER! I'm trying to imangine what I paid extra for in the double unit. SMH

  Navigation on the site was good, when the ordered case did not come with the machine the help number was answered by a friendly, reassuring person who told me the case would be coming from a different location. Waited for over another week for the case to be delivered. I'm very pleased with the reduction in blood pressure after using the Resperate machine.

  This company goes above and beyond in customer service and communicating with its customers. From the moment you buy till it arrives there are several emails preparing you for arrival of your unit. The online videos cover everything along the way. I've been using it every morning for a week, so it's too early to report confirmed noticeable results, but I can honestly say this is a technique that's very difficult replicating on your own. The unit and program are also very easy to use and extremely relaxing. They certainly deserve 5 stars at this point in ownership.

  I was on a trip when my Resperate arrived so I've just had a couple of days of use. It sure provides what I deem as good breathing exercises. I plan on using it 3 times a day. My only issue at the moment is a poor website...for example-click here for 10 easy tricks to help blood pressure...didn't go to any helpful tricks. Another example... click here for a printable log book...nope, that didn't link up either. All in all, I'm pleased and going to give it my best.

  I found the ordering process to be very easy and straight forward, and it was delivered quite promptly, within a couple of days. The directions are easy to follow, and I look forward to using it each evening and love how relaxed I feel after each session. My only negative comment is that I feel like the price is way too high ($299) for a device that essentially just measures my breathing and guides my respiratory rate with recorded musical tones. It just seems like it shouldn’t cost as much as it does. Even stretching out the cost into four equal payments every two weeks gets to be a lot.

  I have had it for one week. I have tried to use it twice a day. As of now I have not seen any lowering of my blood preasure. It is still above normal readings. I am a little discouraged, but will continue to use it twice a day for two or three more weeks and then see if there is a change.

  Ok, so we just got it the other day. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical. My girlfriend has hypertension and I bought this for her. Although skeptical, I truely did hope it would have some effect. She unwrapped it, read the instructions. We did a baseline BP. 154/102. Her usual, even on meds. So, after reading the instructions, she did her first session. I was then curious, we did a BP. 114/71! Wait, I thought there’s no way, we did another 10mins later. 118/68. This is just one use! You’ve got a believer in this skeptic.

  I just started using Resperate. I don't know if it will knock down my blood pressure yet but it is easy to use, and very relaxing. I like the compact size. I also like the relaxing music. It seems very much like a biofeedback machine in a compact size. More input in one month.

  I really like my Resperate. It is very easy to use, the company is very supportive with informative videos on usage, and I believe that it will significantly improve my BP and stress level.   The one received doesn't work. I called you & left a message. I was called back and told another would be sent & I could then return the one that doesn't work. It was never sent so I guess I will return the one that doesn't work for a refund.

  It truly has lowered my blood pressure! I’ve been dealing with sporadic blood pressure for a year and a half now. It just raises out of the blue for no reason unbeknownst to me. I received this machine a week ago and I’ve used it 2 to 5 times each day cents. Each time I use it it drops my pressure anywhere from 5 to 10 points within just a few minutes after using the machine. The only thing that I do not like about the machine that it is that it’s not Bluetooth or compatible to hook up to my phone. I would think with today’s technology it would haveThose capabilities. Other than that, great product

  I've only used the device for a week. I have no trouble getting my rate down to 5 or even slightly lower. It is relaxing and it is the most actual relaxing I get to do. For the 15 minutes you do NOTHING else. How many times a day do you get to do that? Since it has only been a week I haven't seen my blood pressure lowered but that is expected. I have noticed my beginning respiration rate has dropped a few numbers. I am not totally convinced it will lower my blood pressure but it is anything has provided me with a little calming in my life and that can't be a bad thing.

  I ordered on 4/10/21 and received Resperate early, was very pleased and it was easy to use. Be patient the sensor belt has to be on right and in the right place, all our bodies are different, don't get upset, it's worth every advice it giving you. I started using it same day, after 2 days Blood Pressure dropped some points. Learning just to breath properly to reduce BP is awesome.It guisdes you along this path. Good therapy and restful sleep. I use it 2 times a day. It really works good. At first I was skeptical but now I will always use it. I am going to tell my family and friends about it because so struggles with High blood pressure.   I had a.RESPeRATE Ultra previously and was very satisfied with its effectiveness. A couple of years ago the batteries leaked into the unit and it stopped working completely. I had it for 10 years.   Been using the device for 2 weeks now.My normal resting bp before was 150/95.After first use it drops it down to 125/80.The cumulative effect is what Im noticing.Each successive day I do a session the longer the bp will remain lower.Today I had aresting bp of 123/70 and after my session it was 107/56.Im hoping this can be a alternative to bp medicine because I wont take it because of its unwanted side effects.

  For some reason my excessive joint pain disappears while using the resperator. Not sure if this was to be a side benefit. Used for one week, so cannot say what happens long term. But right after using the machine blood pressure went from 173/100 to 147/86 termporarity. I am anxiously awaiting for the pressure to stay so low. For my age pressure should be less than 150/90 😊

  I have only had it for a week but so far, I've had no issues. It provides the guidance I need to do my breathing exercises and meditation.
