  I’ve just started using so don’t how it will effect my BP. I am however a rock star as I am getting down to 4 - 5 breaths/minute. Time will tell how effective it is. It’s east to use and restful @ the end of a day. I have been an evening or night RN for 50 years so morning do not work for me. I see my cardiologist next week & he wants me to bring the device in for him to review.

  Easy to use. Helps me focus on exactly how my breathing effects how my body feels. My blood pressure is an "all over the chart" type even with meds. I've noticed better numbers since using Resperate. At 75 years of age I doubt l'll ever fall into that perfect category but I'm happy with the way things are going. Highly recommend.

  Resperate's spokesman - Eli on the website plus the instructional booklet gave clear, easy to follow instructions on how to use the product. The first few days I had trouble matching my breathing to the guiding tones. Melody#4 solved the issue. A Resperate session leaves me calm and relaxed. You should feel proud that you make a product that helps people improve their health.

  I did 207 good minutes in my first week. I used to take a nap in the afternoon but now I don't because I get the same rest and relaxion doing my breathing. Received my order in good shape but had a hard time opening the box.

  The Resperate arrived in two days It was followed by my first tutorial which was easy to follow I had some reaction after using the machine but Eli gave me some instructions on a better breathing technique. This seemed to help a bit. Other tutoring videos arrived which were helpful but I needed to replay them to understand how to record the weekly stats. My blood pressure has remained the same. We will see what happens by week four.

  As I tried to order new ear buds for my resperate, I was informed that the individual that I needed to speak with was out of the office for a few days. I was told when that individual would be back in. I received a phone call from him at the correct time and was able to place my order. The ear buds arrived on time. Thank you so much!

  I have only used resperate for a couple of weeks. It is working to lower my blood pressure, so far has dropped by an average of five points. Also, to me an additional therapeutic value of using it is making me more aware of my breathing pattern which I believe helps overall results.

  I am new to desperate. After one week if nothing else I like the way it makes me feel. I am more relaxed and energetic. Later on I will be measuring my blood pressure. The guided breathing makes me feel great.

  When I found out about RESPeRATE the first thing I did was to look up the website. I really liked that there were videos on the website. That really helped me in my decision. I took a star off because there were some dead links and the pricing could have been a little more transparent.

  Received several days sooner than expected, a nice surprise. Easy setup and quick start instructions. Used it for the first time with no problems, works as advertised. I’ve been able to use 15 minutes twice every day first week. Relaxing combination of controlled breathing and mindfulness, looking forward to lower blood pressure in a few weeks!

  I received my new band, however my Resperate does not seem to be working properly as before. In the middle of a session it suddenly jumps up going 2x or more faster. It won't come back down, though I have slowed my breathing even further. I have been using a Resperate for several years & have been very please until now.

  My physician recommended purchasing a RESPeRATE unit to assist in controlling my borderline high blood pressure. After reading the customer experience reviews of individuals who purchased their units on Amazon, I decided to obtain my unit directly from the business website. The site was easy to browse and I was able to view videos on the use of the unit and choose my payment plan. My order arrived even faster than I expected and the continuing customer support is exceptional. I am so glad that I chose buy direct using the manufacturer's website. I am now using the unit on a schedule that fits my needs and meeting my training goals.

  I was skeptical at first, but it's now been 4 months of constistently using the resperate 15 minutes a day, about two out of every three days. I'm seeing blood pressure readings lower than I have ever seen. Before, it was typically 150 to 160 over 90 to 110. Today, when I woke up it was 135/89 and after lunch and a cup of tee, my blood pressure was 118 / 72.
