  Product has been a great help in bringing down my blood pressure through better breathing. Easy to set up and work. Requires a commitment, so I HAD to set aside a specific 15 time to use it each day. Once you get the hang of it ( not difficult), you will want to make time for it.

  I was and still am impressed with the speed of my delivery . I received my package within 3 to 4 days of placing my order . I don ' t recall ever receiving any order so quickly , I remember double-checking the postage marks to determine the origins of the shipment ( Kentucky ) ; I live in Florida . As for the product itself , I ' m reserving judgment until I ' ve used the equipment and can fairly evaluate it .   Their claims are true, BP was 160+ systolic.. after two weeks of everyday use for 15 minutes and regular exercise and diet, BP is now about 120 to 130 systolic. Thank you Resperate!

  I rarely review a product, but this one works. Better than that, it worked in the timeframe Resperate said it would. You have to be consistent and patient. For 3.5 weeks I used it for 15 minutes, 2x per day, everyday but BP did not change, but then it did - substantially. It's a great feeling when it does and I plan to be a lifer.

  Like the customer service thus far. The videos received upon arrival of order showing how to set up and use were very helpful. I have done one session thus far and the product does seem to help with relaxation and meditation, which should have a positive effect on BP over time, I imagine.

  It is still early to tell if I made a good investment. Trying the RESPeRATE has shown me the proper way to breathe and relax. The only problem I am having is with the synchronization . It seems like since I increased the time from 15 to 20 minute sessions and I get closer to the end the messages start “to reposition the belt” and the breathing pattern guides are backwards. I was sent a new sensor belt, but I’m starting to think the system is failing with the longer session time.

  I bought one 20 years ago. I recently bought another. The model has improved significantly. I love using it and especially the voice that guides me. It is only -5 minutes. It calms me and lulls me into a restful sleep. And it is lowering my blood pressure that is very high. So glad I purchased it.

  I have been using Resperate for a week and have seen significant improvement in my blood pressure. I am very happy! I’ve always thought I could control my blood pressure with breathing though never could sustain a breathing practice. Using Resperate has created positive results using breathing.   Fast delivery and easy site to navigate. Have started to use device recently and am finding it relatively easy to use. Will take more time to fully assess benefits and obtain greater familiarity with device use. Had been periodically using "deep breathing" off-and-on for years and found it effective in lowering bp, but this device hopefully offers a process for securing a continuously maintained breathing pattern for consistently and persistently moderate blood pressure measurements. Somewhat disappointing that there is no integral blood pressure monitoring capacity integral with the device.

  Delivery was on time. I had no problem with the tutorial and was able to immediately start the treatment. The instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. After a day, for some inexplicable reason the machine switched to Hebrew. The manual did not contain instructions on how to set the language but one phone call to the help line that was immediately answered, solved the issue without a glitch. Seems that language switching to Hebrew is not uncommon. They should provide for language reset instructions in the manual to make that a more efficient process but otherwise it was resolved just fine. I have been using it for too short a period to see dramatic results but I find the machine provides excellent individualized guidance on how to get into the therapeutic breathing rhythm.

  I love my RESPeRATE,❤️ It has really made me conscious and aware of my breathing pattern. I use it in the morning, noon and before going to bed. I woke up this a.m. with 116/74 73 at 9:37 a.m. Relaxed and did some breathing; 112/74 73. I have increased my walking to 45min. in the a.m. and p.m., rechecked my BP and it has gone down sometimes 7 units, Thank You.

  This was the third purchase I made for someone else. The first gift was to my mother who benefitted significantly with the Resperate. The second one was for my cousin dealing with high blood pressure and she has also found it very helpful. This third purchase has actually not been received yet because my friend lives in another country that it will be shipped to. You do have an excellent product and every chance I have, I tell others who are dealing with blood pressure problems about Resperate because it is safe and -most important to me - it is a NATURAL way to improve problems with blood pressure. In fact, I believe some people even ended up purchasing a Resperate after they asked me to send them information on it. Needless to say, if I were to ever experience problems with my blood pressure, Resperate would be the first place I would turn to. I am very much into alternative treatments.

  For the cost it would seem the device would do more in term of bio feedback. Company seems to be excellent. The device does seem to have positive results in terms of relaxation, slowing heart rate, and small drop in BP. All in all, ok product although a bit expensive.
