  I reccomend Priortax to anyone with … I reccomend Priortax to anyone with outstanding prior year tax returns. My husband and I were so nervous to file prior year bc we didn't know how it would turn out or where to start. There are not many other prior year services out there and this was so easy and quick. Very impressed.

  Prior Tax is a life saver Prior Tax is a life saver. Having received a notice from FTB with a threat to lien and levy, stating we owed $6,000, which we didn't ... was able to quickly turn around a prior tax year and prove that THEY OWE US, $700! Not everyone may get that lucky ... just sharing my own personal story which made my day. Also, customer service was VERY patient with me today. And wonderful. I highly recommend!

Although there ARE some things which [I could help improve, as a veteran Cohesive Planner...] could be materially enhanced...there's no question by DIRECT EXPERIENCE with at least TWO other online tax-solution ""experts"", one of which is a household-name brand of 40 or 50 years standing and which was essentially, in two words, utterly disappointing,,,this company --PriorTax-- goes miles further even as it is.Thus the ""5"" is necessarily posted on a strictly 'by comparison' basis.The help availability and willingness to turn out customer satisfaction is apparent from the outset, pls see the standards to be seen on our website shown here.D.S.

  I just paid $35 when it claimed it was … I just paid $35 when it claimed it was free for you to do nothing special for me. I could have filled out a paper and mailed it in for free. I only needed to pay my first time home n\buyers credit. but the website is deceiving until you complete the entire thing and then it discloses that its not doing anything for you what so ever.

  I need electronic filing tonight!!!! I live in Texas and we have until 1/31/2018 to file!!! I live in Travis county in Texas. We were granted extension to file to Jan.31,2018 because of Hurricane Harvey. Nowhere did I see where my taxes could not be electronically filed!!!! I need them sent electronically tonight!!! Very disappointed.

The IRS requires taxpayers to physically sign and paper file all prior year tax returns. Therefore, you must print, sign then mail your tax return to the IRS. If you find a website that e-files prior year returns, please let us know.

  No E-file they claim you can e-file online on previous tax years on tax season & today is 2/1/2018. $55 later you get an automated message saying deadline has passed & your tax return will be ready for u in 24 hours in your email so u can print it out & mail it. my opinion absolute garbage anyone can do this for free anywhere else. Theyre catch E-File only reason why i payed for it to begin with.Now its time to start a claim with my bank holder and get this squared off & get my money back from this bs tax prep website.
