  I'm so thankful that this service gives … I'm so thankful that this service gives you an easy way in order to file prior year taxes. It is overwhelming to have prior year taxes due. In my case life just happened and I didn't have time. I'm so thankful for this option. I will be using it to file in the future. Great service thus far!

  Fast and Easy I had to file 2015 federal and state taxes, but didn't want to deal with the headache of doing it myself. Software costs a fortune, so I tried Priortax. It was so fast and so easy! Hopefully I get my refund as fast. Lol.

  Not as advertised. Not as advertised. I needed the form immediately, and I won't be getting it until one business day later. Apparently I can call to request it quicker, but the phone line is only open from 10am to 5pm. Besides that, it's not free, I had to pay $35 just to get the filled out form, and they try to sell all sorts of other products at checkout as well. I JUST WANT THE DAMN FORM.

The tax return is delivered on a PDF file, so customers are required to log into their account shortly after submission to see it. Our website is structured to sell federal and/or state returns, however, we do offer additional review services like our CPA review. These services are not required, just a friendly option should you want a more in-depth review of your tax information. All of our additional services can be viewed on our Pricing page.

  I have used prior tax for years I have used prior tax for years improvements are made every year to the program. For example the state tax filing is a lot easier and you can instantly see what you are refunded or what you owe. I have also had to speak with representatives via phone because of confusion on my part they are very professional, patient and helpful . I would recommend this service to my friends.

The IRS requires taxpayers to physically sign and paper file all prior year tax returns. PriorTax provides a finalized copy for you to print, sign and paper file to the IRS and/or state.

Due to my novice level in preparing my taxes, I literally had to call their customer service at least a dozen times with numerous questions.   It's good except you can't make changes… It's good except you can't make changes after you've submitted your order. You also can't go back to view your information once it's been submitted.

  Because I forgot my prior year tax… Because I forgot my prior year tax return, I fully appreciate that I am able to use Priortax to e-file my 2016 tax return. Sucks because I owed money that year, but still worth it.
