  It didn't tell me until the end that I… It didn't tell me until the end that I had to pay and the efile deadline had passed. I could have done this myself for free through the IRS website. Shady. Won't use again. Back to Turbotax for me!

  Ive been using priortax for the past 3 years! I've been using prior-tax for the past 3 years! The wife and I absolute love it. Not only is it easy to use and self explanatory but also very affordable with discounts whenever you rack up enough points. I tell all my friends and family about prior-tax and how awesome it is using the services. I don't see myself ever using anyone else to do my taxes ever again.

  I am very satisfied and this service is definitely needed for us filing slow pokes This is just feed back. I don't know how you train and I have talked to your folks three times Always polite and tried to be helpful. However, the first person I talked to did not know about the depreciation area and gave me the wrong info. However when I expressed skepticism she did transfer me to a more senior person who gave me the right info. But a very easy system to use. Probably too basic for all my needs, but since I am very late in filing extremely helpful. Thanks.

However, very limited in terms of any complexities that don't fit neatly into software application that seems to have limited options. I contacted helpline and although friendly, was not able to help very well. That said, the whole process took only a few hours and I got a return with audit protection and review by tax professional at a good cost.
