  I don't like it that I will be reached… I don't like it that I will be reached out via email in one business day. I already know that I will need to print out, and mail my prior year tax return along with the back up I already have.This is hindering progress.   I never used this site for my own… I never used this site for my own return, I used it for relatives and friends. I have to say this took a lot of weight off my shoulders, I could not get the AGI correct and gave up on my 17s Return. However I got what I needed and the Agi was never asked for. So it happens

  I really enjoy this tax software I really enjoy this tax software, it did seem like maybe some of the info from previous year filing was not transferred or suggested as a deduction ? In my case I was confused by NOL, was hoping the 2018 filing would refer back to 2017 to see if anything could be carried over. I put in 0 as I was afraid of an error resulting in an audit, I will see if someone can review my 2017 and 2018 to see if I missed a future deduction

  I utilized ""pasttax.com"" for another… I utilized ""pasttax.com"" for another refund. Paid more and... nothing. They processed my claim but never emailed me the pdf. to continue to Step 2. Print it and mail to the IRS. About to file a claim with my bank to get the money I paid them back & utilize ""priortax.com"" instead. Way easier, immediate pdf. tax refund for my record and no need to mail anything to the IRS.
