  Easy and accurate software Easy and accurate software. I have used them for several years and am always pleased with the ease of use of the software. My taxes are quite complicated and I am able to save a lot of money by keying in the information rather than have a CPA do the work. I then pay for the professional review and everything has always gone smoothly.

  I was happy to have such quick service… I was happy to have such quick service and have a human to talk to. I was frustrated about not knowing NOT to use periods and just rounding off numbers. I had to call in and also redo my income input 4 times before your customer service person said my income wasn't saving because I was using a period and cents in my entries. Overall I like you guys a lot. Being on the East coast is a little problem but worth it.

  NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER...It stated I could e-file my prior year taxes for free.. I completed everything and once done they charged me $35. I was not upset by this, because I consider like a convenience fee. It just made my task easier so I don't mind doing it. What upset me is AFTER I paid it, it let me know that I could not e-file the taxes and I would have to wait on them to send me a copy in a PDF format via my email. I would then have to download, go find a place to print them, and then send them in via us mail. ALL OF WHICH I WAS TRYING TO AVIOD (why I had no problem paying the $35.) I could have done all of this literally for free. I paid for a program to allow me to type info into it basically! NOT HAPPY and WILL NOT USE AGAIN!

  Hello Aaron, Our website has the ability to electronically file current year tax returns. There is not a fee for electronically filing current year returns, however, there is a fee for the preparation. The website does state that prior year return must be printed, signed by the taxpayer, then mailed to the IRS. This information is provided to our customers on the homepage, and inside the application.

  I have used HR Block since 2002 without… I have used HR Block since 2002 without fail. I used Priortax for 2017 (Late filed and found the company) and was pleasantly surprised and enthusiastic about this online format. I find this filing system is thorough, easy navigating, and absolutely love the simplicity and the definition/suggestion boxes. The value is incredible compared to paying $79.95 to HR Block when Priortax charges $34.95 for the deluxe package (well worth the money). This shall now be my new resource when filing my taxes.
