  My experience was great! Marvy Beckman was very patient and understanding. My dogs are very therapeutic to me, and knowing that I can protect our relationship gives me great peace of mind. Also, Agustin was a very helpful customer service agent. I needed my document revised to add my second ESA, and between Agustin and Marvy, the process was smooth and quick. I received my revised document in less than 24 hours.

  I was very impressed with the whole process! It was fast and my appointment with the Dr. was made in just a few days. He had already read my information that I submitted prior to our visit and agreed that my Bichon Shitzu is a true comfort to me. I have 3 autoimmune illnesses and sleep late in the mornings. She knows that when the sound machine is on, it's quiet time & cuddles with me❤️ I'm very appreciative for the Pettable program so Millie Rose is recognized as a comfort to me throughout our travels☺️

  Not happy at all. I bought the package for the letter and never received a letter. I reached out to support and they never got back to me. I’m moving into my new apartment this week and can’t move in without the letter given to the apartment. I want my money back. Your company charged me $199 for training sessions I didn’t need and hasn’t answered me on why I haven’t gotten my letter yet.

  Still not happy. Support said they would reach out to the therapist and maybe something would be in my account today. For some reason my billing shows “PSD training program” when this is not what I paid for. I paid for the letter. Now your site is having discounts. I would like a discount especially with the headache this is becoming. I would have been better off going through another site. I still have never revived my 15 minute phone call with a therapist.

  Hey if you can see my review then this works and even further proves Pettable’s legitimacy! But I was nervous like I’m sure we all were and my letter got accepted! It’s super legit like a real therapist calls you and the letter head says their info and they make it very personal! What convinced me was the money back guarantee :D the only thing is that you have to read the terms & conditions REALLY good, and I believe you must file a claim with the HUD and submit proof for your mental illness to be eligible. But you won’t even have to do that because the letter works! :D Super excited to have my kitty live with me Fall 2023 in my off-campus affiliated university housing 🥰

  My first time using pettable was great! This time around for my renewal it was the opposite. The provider never called me when scheduled. I contacted customer service and they emailed her and 3 hours later still she never responded nor called. I had to contact customer service again and request a different provider. The outcome of that is still pending for now but so far not a good experience. Seems the quality and standards of service have declined.

  The apartment complex told me today that the letter is acceptable. I will no longer be restricted by weight limits nor will I be forced to pay outrageous pet fees or monthly rent for them. The only thing is the letter is only good for a year, but it’s an easy process and still cheaper than pet fees.

  As long as you have a diagnoses and have current treatment, use this service. Otherwise, you will have issues getting the help you need. Side note: I currently receive mental health treatments but my provider is not allowed to write ESA letters. Use this service if you have this issue. Do not apply if you have zero diagnoses and/or treatment.

  Does this get the job done? Yes. Are you going to get compassionate service that makes you feel cared for? Absolutely not. This is my second time going through Pettable and I have not liked the process either time. Last year my clinician called me at the wrong time and then ignored my messages for half an hour. When he finally got around to calling me back, he spent less than 5 minutes on the phone and sounded like her could care less about my problems. This year when I talked to a different clinician it wasn't any better. I told her that I've had problems being suicidal which she dismissed immediately, and when she ended our 3 minute long call all she had to say was ' I hope everything works out'. The ONLY reason I went back to this service is because I need my pet with me and don't have a better option right now. The letter your receive is very professional, but that's it. It's clear the clinicians are just here to collect a paycheck. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone unless they were in a pinch.

  Excellent! I knew that there were fraudulent companies so I checked BBB. Pettable had an excellent score. I paid 199 to have 24 hour turnaround. I spoke with Dr. Laughman, who was very pleasant. There were a few questions that were asked to qualify my cat, Tickles. I had my ESA letter that evening.

  Stephanie Reyes was not helpful. She cancelled my call and prevented me from renewing my letter completely. She did not notify me via text, but I received a support email. That's the only reason I found out, almost a week later. I still need help and there is no support number to call. Only emails that take forever to get replied to. Absolutely terrible service, practically non-existent, after you get your first letter.

  Pettable made the process of getting my kitty Toastie as an ESA pretty simple. Logged in, made an account, paid and I was able to set up an appointment ASAP. However, I set up an appointment for a Sunday morning, and then realizing I worked, I paid for their expedited process, thinking it would allow me to make an appointment sooner. I was disappointed to find out this wasn’t the case, and it just gave me the ability to schedule another appointment at a different time. Come Sunday, I set aside time at work and didn’t receive a phone call. At this point I thought Pettable was a scam. However I went in and was able to reschedule, since I had paid for it. Come the day of the second appointment, I actually received a call and went over a few quick questions. BAM ESA approval and letter within minutes. I can confirm that it was accepted by my property manager and now Toastie can stay with me! Overall I was initially frustrated but I am content with the services I received. I would recommend their services to family and friends.

  I 100% recommend Pettable! I first got an ESA letter from Pettable last summer, and I had it renewed this summer with them. I had such great experiences with receiving the initial letter and the renewal--they made the process simple and efficient. I asked customer service for help with scheduling my renewal this summer because I did not see any available appointments when I needed one, and they went above and beyond to get my appointment scheduled when I needed it! The doctors I've worked with have been so friendly and helpful, and gotten my letters to me quickly after our appointments.

  I had an appointment maybe a week ago. I paid and waited for my appointment. I was called, but the therapist didn't have me on her case load. She said Pettable would fix it in their end and not to reach out. It's been radii silence. I chose Pettable because I'd had such a great experience before and don't understand how a renewable contract could create issuses like this.
