  After looking at several options for obtaining an ESA Letter I finally decided to go with Pettable due to amazing reviews. The process was quick and easy! I did it all in one day, less than three hours and everything was done. I spoke to a licensed medical professional from my state, who offered me comfort. I was so happy and relieved. When it’s time to renew my ESA Letter I’ll be going back to them. Will always recommend!

  It was fast, efficient and seamless! The doctor I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had in regard to the ESA. I didn’t know what exactly to expect but she put my mind at ease and helped clear up and confusions I had. I explained to her why essentially why I was interested in getting this and she was so helpful that I would definitely use Pettable again should I need to register my other dogs as well. I have already told some friends about this service and will continue to do so!

  Pettable gets a full 5 stars! I have worked in housing at a university for almost a decade, and I have processed dozens of requests for ESAs, but for the first time I found myself in need of an ESA letter to protect my housing for me and my furry companions. Despite my medical diagnosis with my doctor, my doctor and my therapist refused to write me an ESA letter, citing a "lack of evidence" for the therapeutic benefits of having an emotional support animal living in the home. The process of connected with a licensed LMFT with the assistance of Pettable was easy, convenient, timely, and affordable. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the swift service I received, and the LMFT professional I spoke to was helpful and courteous.

  I would rate the ease of service a 5. Everyone made the process so easy. The Dr. was thorough and kind. He made me feel very at ease and calm. I missed my first appt and they got me right back jn without any hassle or stress. I would highly recommend pentacle to anyone who might need help. Thanks again!

  Pettable is an amazing service! They are quick and easy to work with. As soon as I made the request online, I got an email regarding what to expect and a document to sign allowing for their services to be used. Then I got another email from a Pettable rep connecting me with a real social worker in my area to provide the ESA letter. The social worker not only provided the letter but listened to what I had to say and provided some comfort as well. I highly recommend Pettable to ANYONE looking for a reputable, safe and easy ESA letter. They do ask you to pay first but it also comes with a 100% money back guarantee if the letter doesn't work.   I would rate Pettable a 5/5. The process of receiving the letter was very straight forward and transparent. After I paid for the service I received my letter within minutes.   I love pettable! My girlfriend started a new job at an animal shelter and we found ourselves with two new little fur friends that have enriched our lives so much. I suffer from depression and anxiety and have heard about emotional support animals before, so I began to do research. I came across Pettable and I am so thankful that I did! Service was quick and easy and email correspondence was hassle free and pleasant. My girlfriend has also been recommending Pettable to new adoptees at the shelter as well!

  My counselor was very helpful and understanding. She also gave me information to connect me with a full time therapist and made herself available if I had any further questions.   The process was so simple to qualify to just fill out a short survey and then within 24 hours a consultation was set up. Percy was so nice! Extremely professional and very friendly. Something came up with my apartment & he went out of his way to contact them himself in order for me to get my accommodation. Would recommend to anyone who needs an ESA quickly.

  I believe you all are very honest trustworthy and truly caring. I had a problem with accidently being charged for two separate things one of which I did not want and didn’t recieve services for ( because I didn’t need it) I emailed customer support and they resolved the problem with in like 3 days the money was back into my account. Now I have the peace of mind know I can keep my dog with me

  Thanks for reaching out. I guess I would say 3 stars. The process was smooth and moved along rapidly, but I paid for a letter for both housing and for travel, and I only received one of those. I asked the person who did my appointment twice about getting one for travel, and never got a response. So I guess I was pleased with most of the process, but then left a little frustrated with the result. Let me know if you have any other questions.

  I would love to rate you. From 1 to 5 stars I mark this service a 4. It is surprisingly easy to navigate the entire process in what seems like a daunting task. The Pettable member I was linked with got me connected with a mental health professional within 24 hours, in fact, I had the entire process and a pdf ESA letter in 24 hours. I think this service is great for people who can't afford ongoing therapy, but do need an ESA. My cat Kaleb and I are so happy and I feel so much better now that I have him!

  Originally got a letter on the 6th. The guy I was assigned then spent the entire month making up excuses to not fill out my paperwork due to either racism or not liking me in general. Pettable staff was very responsive and eventually set me up with a new therapist who got me everything I needed within 24 hours. Was incredibly stress inducing and not a situation I'd like to repeat, though most of the blame falls on my original therapist. Not sure if I'll use again yet or even recommend to anyone due to my experience, however.

  I needed an ESA letter for my two animals (neither of whom were dogs). Both the mental health professional who evaluated me and the support person were fully aware that I did not need to wait 30 days for a second evaluation (even though I live in California) until I brought it up to them. However, the initial call occurred 20 mins after I paid & I received the letter within 48 hours of the call even without paying the rush fee.

  Support was very helpful in answering my questions and being connected with a therapist quickly was a benefit. My only issue that I have is that I was told in my first contact with support that if needed, they would be able to expedite the process with no questions asked and then requested that I pay the $50 fee for expedited service when it wasn't detailed in the support email that it would would additional charges when it was worked that it would be a free request. Other than that, excellent service, would recommend to anyone who needs this type of assistance.

  I was very impressed and pleased with the pleasant experience with pettable. They answered all my questions before I made the purchase with a super fast and timely response, which made me feel confident in my purchase and decision to use them.   There was confusion regarding the new laws for CA residents which was not disclosed until after payment was made. That, was super stressful and I was panicking (which is not good for clients seeking PSD letters!!!!) Joy at Pettable was soooo sweet, she assured me that it would not affect me and we went through the contract line by line prior to my signature. She provided me with an email to go over what we had discussed which made me feel comfortable with signing the agreement. Dominique, the LMFT was professional and empathetic. It was a very easy process and the letter appears thorough and professional. I would recommend Pettable again, but do suggest updating the main site with the CA revisions as It states (2) sessions are needed and that the letter turnaround time is (30) days, NOT the 72hrs the site states.

  My experience with Pettable has been excellent. They are extremely helpful in guiding you throughout the process. I was amazed by how fast they reply and solve any problems you may encounter along the process. I needed to have my letter before the date I had the appointment with the therapist and sent them an email to see if they could help me. They replied within a few hours and by the next day I already had a new appointment with another therapist and my letter by the end of that day. They will try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Overall, the process was very fast and easy and I am very pleased with this experience.

  Pettable has been amazing to work with! Any time I had a question or a concern, I was immediately answered. They were fast with getting into contact with me, and I had my letter within the week. It was a super simple process, and I was guided through it all. Their customer service is amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone needing an ESA letter.

  I spent a lot of time trying to find a place to get my cats certified as emotional support animals. I came across Pettable and it was within my budget for both my babies. It was such an easy process and the CEOs made sure to email you and make sure that the services you wanted were up to standards. Pettable's standards were above and beyond. They found me a therapist that was able to talk to me on the phone and really listen to me and how my cats are able to support me. Pettable has given me the chance to keep my babies with me so they can continue to support my mental health.

  I had a great experience with Pettable! I filled a form online and was contacted by a therapist shortly after. She was so nice and professional, really made me feel comfortable. The whole process went smooth and finally we got the ESA letter for Vito. First thing we did was take him to the beach for the first time! He had a blast with the sand and enjoy the water so we will definitely fly back there soon. Thank you so much for your services!

  I had an incredible experience with Pettable. I had just moved and was looking for a new therapist, but knew an ESA would really help me with the transition, so I came to Pettable to get documentation so I didn’t have to wait months to get approval from my landlord to bring a pet home. The process was straightforward, timely, and made me feel so valid in my journey. Now I am raising a puppy and never been happier and healthier! I can’t recommend Pettable enough!

  My pup provides relief in stressful situations, particularly when I'm away on necessary travel.   Pettable has helped me with everything from recommended diet for my cats and possible chocolate poisoning for my dog. They helped me stay calm and composed when I otherwise would have panicked for hours. The monthly subscription fee is nothing compared to the small fortune I would have spent at the emergency vet if I were unable to immediately talk to a medical professional when my dog ate an entire chocolate bar.

  Alyson was very helpful at calming my nerves about my dog's stomach issues. It's nice to have a free service like this. It's especially great for problems on the weekends, when most vet offices aren't open, but you're unsure if your problem requires an emergency visit (which is expensive).

  This service is incredible. I can’t recommend it enough, the vet I was paired with, Alyson was a huge help when our dog started to experience some signs of illness. She asked great questions, was extremely kind and personable, and had excellent advice and intel to let us know exactly what we could do to help our dog. Thank you with all our hearts pettable and Alyson. Will 100% be continuing use in the future.

  Carley was so patient with me. She helped eased my anxiety because my Husky puppy was sick and she told me how to treat her symptoms and also gave me an alternative plan. Lastly she told me what to look out for if Blitzen symptoms do not improve. Thank you Carley🥰☺💖

  Signed up today and had my first chat. They gave me lots of tips and things to think about for the training/behavioral questions I asked, and offered to follow up in a week to see how it's going for us. The website had a glitch that wasn't letting me update my profile with them, but they were able to do that for me quickly. I do wish there was an app available, but so far it seems like the service will be good value for the money.

  These sweet people. My dog had surgery and the incision was near her knee/in a really tough spot - it kept opening up and was freaking me out x10. They chatted with me and reviewed pictures multiple times per day, checked in on her every day after I reached out, and were just so patient (I asked quite literally dozens of questions). Thank you, Jenny and Pettable Team - my girl and I appreciate you and will definitely be recommending to our circles!
