Well I'm happy for the service and the opportunity, the phone call was very unprofessional. There were children playing in the background. And it felt like she was reading from a script. When I received my letter approving the ESA there are spelling errors. I feel uncomfortable giving this to somebody as a legal document.

I was highly skeptical of an online platform to receive an ESA letter, I really wanted to get one through my primary care provider but when they refused I decided to look for the most reputable solution online. Wonderful and legitimate ESA letter service. I felt so heard and at ease with Ms Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW. She was very thoughtful, thorough, kind and compassionate. I often worry about how I’ll be received as far as my mental health illnesses are concerned. I feel shame most of the time, but I felt no shame, just ease in our conversation. Honestly, this was the easiest way to get my ESA Letter. I currently am out of therapy because of time management, my doctor just retired, and I had lost my ESA letter and needed one quick as my other was expiring soon. Not only was it easy, but Kya was really great. Also, this was cheaper than the doctor's visits and therapy visits I would have had to go to to reinstate my letter. The all around experience was really wonderful.

This was my first experience in getting an ESA, though I've dealt with anxiety disorder my entire life. I was helped by Kya Miller, who made the entire experience shockingly easy and quick! This process was so helpful and efficient. I was very nervous about the process, but it was quick and easy, and I didn't feel judged in any way. Kya Miller was easy to work with and provided me all the documentation and materials I needed. As a side note, the training videos and resources on the site were outside of the reason I signed up - like a bonus. They are pretty helpful.
