  I would rate 4/5 stars. Pros: Setting up the consult was an easy process. Consult was quick and I got my letter very soon afterwards. It would have been helpful to know upfront before paying that there is an additional charge from Pettable if a form is needed (in my situation, the landlord did not approve my letter and requested a form instead.) Given that the cost for ESL letter is pricey as it is, I think a form could have been done for me complimentary in lieu of the letter. I don't think you should charge an extra fee for that.

  The process was easy, clear and fast. A friend who is a therapist in Washington State recommended you, as she felt it was inappropriate for her to write such a letter. Oliver is my love and joy. We have been through a lot together in such a short time. We wake up and go to bed snuggling. He has taught me how to enjoy being still by insisting he lay in my lap on the couch so he can be pet while looking out the window at the birds. I watch the wind and the birds and feel his purrs and feel at peace in that moment.

  I would rate my experience with pettable at a 4. Simply because my therapist did not research the legality of one of the animals I had in my state. But I was overall, very satisfied with my experience because I got a free ESA letter for one of my other animals instead.

  Your product is excellent and the site is easy to navigate and set up appointments; the therapist who contacted me was straightforward and provided a legitimate letter that was successful in getting our pet approved by our landlord.   I was about to get a pitbull puppy that I truly needed to help with issues I have related to several having several miscarriages. I know pitbulls can run into a lot of breed restrictions. I needed her to be able to live with me wherever I go and to also go with me public places when I'm having a bad day. The therapist responded to me very quickly, was very understanding yet careful to make sure I had a valid need, and got the letter to me quickly.   I had put off getting my pets certified for a while just because I was a little nervous about the process. I had been diagnosed with anxiety and depression around Covid season when I was stuck inside all the time. I don’t know what I would have done without my two pets to keep me sane and get me out on my daily walks. Koda is my running partner for life and gets me going Liz is my calming snuggler.   From the begining, Pettable had kept in contact with me and let me know what the next step was. When I had to speak to the therapist, I was nervous however as soon as I start talking to Christi my fears went away. Christi was kind and listen to what I had to say. I was able to be in contact with the provider the next day and had my ESA letter earlier than my provider originally stated she could get it to me.   The website is very well designed and answered all my questions; the process was very speedy with the phone consultation taking place and the letter being received within 8 hours of my first contacting Pettable; the ESA letter is well written and contains no typos and thus comes across as very professional.   The process of navigating the website to find exactly what I needed was extremely straightforward and easy. The applications process was easy to navigate, the necessary questions asked were not invasive to my privacy. After purchasing my ESA certificate, creating an appointment was made incredibly easy by the team at Pettable and I was able to schedule a phone appointment with Krystal within a couple of days of my purchase. Krystal was comforting, helpful, and professional through the whole process and was able to answer the questions I had with ease. Would absolutely recommend using Pettable to friends and family who are in need of a ESA letter for their furry loved ones.

  The website was well-designed and organized. The therapist I worked with was very professional and knowledgable. I felt safe and comfortable with Pettable. Cons: Live chat feature on the website is time-delayed - I didn’t receive a response until a week later.The website did not mention the additional cost for the letter if you have more than 2 animals. I had three and I was granted a letter for the first two animals - so I had to pay an additional fee to have the third animal included in the letter. This was not clearly explained or stated on the website.

  The therapist reached out within a couple of hours after submitting my application. I had my letter the same day. I'm moving across states and was very nervous about being able to bring my dogs with me. Knowing that I can now find a comfortable spot to settle in, with my dogs as support to help me adjust to this change, is a huge relief to me.

  It was fantastic and quick service. I was set up with a licensed professional within minutes of my inquiry. Vanessa was lovely and attentive. I wanted to register my dog, Goose, as an emotional support animal to help me push through the anxieties of the pandemic, as well as stressors related to graduate school.   It was mostly an easy process! I missed a call from my doctor and every attempt to get back in touch failed so I had to wait until he called me back (and I felt uncertain if he would). But after we finally got in touch, that all went smoothly. But then I never got told how I was going to receive my ESA letter, so I was a bit concerned again. After getting it, I was satisfied with my experience.

  We were expecting the process to take several days if not weeks. We were so happy to find out it took one day -- we applied on a Saturday, applied with "no rush" timeline, and had a consult with your licensed therapist Sunday morning. An hour later, we had our dog officially licensed. The licensed professional was friendly, helpful, and understanding. The process was quick, painless, and easy.
