  My experience with Pettable was nothing short of fantastic. We were able to completely discuss the benefits of our animal family members and truly be heard about their benefits. I received the ESA letter a couple days after my consult and it has been smooth sailing since. Our new landlord accepted the ESA so we don't have to deal with pet deposits or pet rent.

  I'd probably rate you guys like a 5 for response time and customer service, and maybe like a 3.5 for pricing 😅 I absolutely loved that I was able to get a consultation and letter so quickly, and felt like my privacy was handled well. Although, it was a little pricey for me, though I suppose it compares to the typical three visits you'd need with a regular therapist to get a letter. So, overall, I am happy. Thanks so much for reaching out! That's a picture of me and my Lucky Dog. He's a cuddle bug, and loves snoozin' as much as I do.

  "I would rate the service 5 stars. Through Pettable, I was quickly connected with a therapist who worked around my schedule to hold a phone appointment. Upon receiving the ESA letter, my landlord had some questions and wanted to verify the medical documentation. My therapist handled everything very promptly, and I was pleased with how professional the service was. I did not find any issues using Pettable at all, and would definitely recommend this service to anyone who was interested in acquiring an ESA letter for their pet. "

  "I have Ivy, a 7-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel – and she is the sweetest! I wanted to make sure that she would always be able to be with me, as she helped me to overcome the biggest struggle in my life. I searched around a bit for options to purchase an ESA letter, but ultimately landed on Pettable based on the reviews and turnaround time. And I'm so glad I did! The website was very intuitive with a seamless user experience guiding me to which type of ESA letter would work best for me. Within a day I was matched with Lea who had an available appointment to call me the next day to discuss my mental-health and understand how Ivy helps me. The day after that, I received the final letter in my inbox. All together the process took 3 days and was extremely easy."

  I would rate this service 5 stars! Response time was almost instant after placing my order. My therapist reached out via email and we were able to set up a telephone appointment for the same day. During the this conversation I was asked several questions but also given ample time to tell my story and talk about my pet. I felt genuine concern and empathy from me therapist. My ESA letter arrived within 48 hours. A very smooth process.

  I rate pettable 5/5! I finally found someone who made me feel heard about why I need my dogs. I am a thyroid cancer patient and without needed a dog that does a service, my dogs help me with all the other issues that come with the disease; anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc. With my huge scar, a lot of people like to stare.. with my dog, I feel safer and calmer while in a social setting being “watched”.

  I sincerely thank Pettable for blessing me with the chance to have my baby with me at all times.   Your company is a life saver. Life was stressful enough before being kicked out of our rental during a housing crisis, and finding that nearly every rental doesn't allow animals. We thought we were going to lose our babies, after already dealing with losing our home. It was unthinkable. For a reasonable price, Pettable gave me an hour-long session with Kara and a magical piece of paper that let me keep my family together. Kara was kind, empathetic, and professional. She provided support and advice beyond what I had paid for. I would recommend this service to anyone with animals who finds life to be difficult to bear in these difficult times. Pettable cared in a time when it feels like few others do.

  I would give you 5 stars. It is increasingly difficult to find mental health support right now, which can make it more difficult to find documentation for your ESA. Pettable was fast, personal, and supportive, and worth every penny. I've been able to contact my provider with questions and she has always been responsive and helpful. I would 100% recommend Pettable to anyone who was needing to register their support animal quickly or without the hassle of scheduling a doctor or therapy visit.

  Thank you for reaching out and I would rate Pettable it 5 out of 5. The entire process is smooth and I got the ESA letter fairly quickly after the consultation. I have a cat but got charged mistakenly at first for a second consultation (which is for dogs only in CA) but the mixed-up was soon taken care of. I also recommend and refer my roommate to use it so overall I'm pleased.

  "Dr. P Meyer was excellent. Was right on time with my appointment and I received his letter in a matter of 15 minutes. From the start of our conversation, he understood me and was able to address my fears and concerns about being able to have my two dogs approved by our new property's association. I suffer from panic attacks and would not have been able to move without them.Can't thank you enough, and on a scale of 1-5, I give Pettable a 100+. "

  I would easily rate Pettable 5 stars. Everything about this process was easy, and helped to qualm the anxieties I had about speaking with a therapist to register my dog as an ESA. The website was very user-friendly, and the survey was quick yet detailed. After filling out the application I received a quick response from the Pettable team, connecting me to a therapist licensed in my state. The therapist and I were able to speak less than 30 minutes later, and I received my ESA letter just a few hours after our conversation. The therapist I spoke with was very understanding, friendly, and professional. They walked me through how to present the letter to my leasing office, what to do if there were issues, and what sort of ESA protections were granted by law. After the phone conversation, I felt confident and calm about not only presenting the letter to my leasing office, but also my rights as a patient. The entire process took less than 24 hours, and I am incredibly pleased with my experience. I would be happy to refer people to Pettable and their services!

  I would rate my experience with Pettable 5 stars out of 5, for sure! The customer service was absolutely amazing. I had reached out regarding an ESA letter towards the end of the week, and the Pettable customer service rep went so far as to offer me a refund since I couldn’t have my consultation until the following week. I also purchased the add-on to have any forms signed if needed, and when I found that I didn’t need the add on anymore, my requested refund was processed super fast. Pettable is very customer service oriented, and I admire that a lot! The consultation was great, and I could tell the therapist cared about my well being and the well being of my soon-to-be ESA. I couldn’t be more happy with my pup! I’ve attached a photo of my pup, Penny. She’s so glad to be in her new home with all the toys and cuddles she could ever want!

  My experience was definitely a great one! Everything was done in a timely manner. At first I was assigned with someone who isn't licensed in my state and I thought I wouldnt be able to get my letter in time. However, I was switched in a timely manner and everything was resolved right on time. I highly recommend this site to anyone that needs help verifying they need their animal for support. The therapist was great as well. He listened to all my needs and expressed them very very well in my letter.

  Based on a 1 to 5 scale you guys get a solid 5! (10 out of 5) the process was so easy, and Deb was simply amazing!   I actually had a pretty good experience with Pettable. I received my letter from Dr. Laughman in a very timely manner. She called and had about a 30 minute conversation, assessed my needs, and delivered the perfect ESA letter! My apartment complex needed a few things added on my letter and Dr. Laughman sent a revised letter with every single thing they needed, super appreciative of her!

  My experience with Pettable was high quality and low stress. I’ve experienced several losses in the past year and having my cat Herman is a medicine unlike any other.   'd rate pettable a 5/5 for the prompt service and delivering exactly what was asked, with no extra steps or worry. I heard about Pettable through a friend, who sent me their referral code. I was skeptical about other companies I had googled, with mixed reviews, so I was glad to work with a company who a friend had a great experience with. Within an hour or so of filling out the forms, I got an email from a Pettable employee connecting me with a licensed therapist, and my consultation with the therapist was completed the same day. My letter was furnished later that night. The easiest process imaginable, and much faster than expected! Now I don't have to worry about my best friend being rejected from any housing situation.

  Since registering for an ESA through pettable and bringing our sweet cat, Elvira, into our lives our home has been happier than ever.   On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I would rate Pettable a 4 :) Overall, the process was smooth, once I was able to connect with my therapist, she was clear in what the next steps were and she followed up accordingly. The one thing that could've gone smoother is the initial call to connect. We played email/phone tag several times before we were able to connect. If there had been a way to just set a specific call time in advance based on availability, that would have been ideal. My job requires many calls throughout the day and it's pretty impossible for me to pick up ad hoc phone calls. I imagine it was the same for my therapist, which led to the phone tag.
