The whole process was very easy to understand and complete. The portal where I communicated with the therapist and filled out/uploaded documents was easy to use. I worked with Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW and it was a very pleasant experience. She requested all the documents I needed to upload and explained the process ahead of our appointment. During our session she asked me thoughtful questions and explained in further detail anything I didn't understand. My letter was issued very quickly. I was not aware of an ESA letter until last year and found Pettable while researching specifics. The website was very informative with easy to understand directions for establishing a call with one of their licensed counselor’s, Kya Miller LICSW, LCSW. Kya was very patient, understanding and kind when evaluating me for my ESA letter qualification. Kya was thorough, but did not make the sharing of life experience traumatic. I received my ESA letter in a timely manner and it was accepted without question. Annual renewal time came and I was able to make changes with Customer Support’s assistance to include an additional miniature dachshund onto my ESA letter. I scheduled my counselor interview and was very pleased to be able to speak with Kya, again, a year later. Kya continues to be great and put me at ease during our call. Kya kept me updated through chat messages and I have my letter for the next year already. My experience has been so positive that I have recommended others including a family member and a miniature dachshund group. I can’t give enough praise for my continued experience with all of the professionals I have interacted with at Pettable.

Didn't actually get anything done yet... no reschedule ..at the last minute the therapist sent a stack of essay questions to fill out no mention of reschedule or time frame... please advise.. the old woman applying doesn't have Internet access and it's very hard to coordinate with some one who is not there .

Pettable came through with a great ESA letter for my animals. Very helpful. Zero issues with landlord on letter and saved hundreds a month and over $1000 deposit. Well worth it. Website is 100% transparent and no scams. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

I contacted Pettable to get my ESA letter and all in the same day I had the scheduled Apt with the therapist and my ESA letter. I am now a furever home to a sweet boy dog that is helping me through all my anxiety and motivating me to be better every day.

I need and ESA letter for my new home. I researched an articles pettsble was recommended as number one legitimate site. The process was seamless since you are guided at every step on what to do and then you receive emails and text guiding you about what is happening. The doctor contacted me via there hop and also via text. She was very professional and had a questionnaire for me to fill out. I love the fact that she told me to no stress out and text her whenever I was finished. She sent me a text reminding me to fill out the paperwork because I don't know if I missed her messages before in the Hop but when she texted me I finish my question here. She talked to me and my letter was issued immediately. When you consider how much a doctor visit is it is very compatible and affordable and in the long run it will save me pet rent and a large nonrefundable deposit. YouTube need to have a medical issue or emotional issue in order for letter to be issue to you. Pardon the pun. I really think this is a professional site and would highly recommend it

What a blessing ! It was so easy to get my dog Lily elevated to an ESA. Now I can get housing for her and I without any pushback from the landlord. I highly recommend using PETTABLE for your ES or PSA needs.

States 15 training lessons, just to find out, after paying $200, that there are 15 3-6 minute tip videos with very basic / puppy training. I understand people pay this service to get around with their landlords etc without really any training, but it’s a complete scam and miss presentation. Will file a complaint to a BBB I doubt they will post this review.

The whole process was super fast and easy. My letter was approved by my landlord as soon as they received it. I highly recommend! They actually pair you with someone licensed in the field, so you don't get scammed by one of those ESA database websites.

It’s worth every penny. I had been trying for months to get my dog as an ESA. I tried different ways through my work, and through my actual therapist but no luck. I almost had to re-home my dog and that was heartbreaking. our story of grief that we are dealing with is what makes us so close and I don’t know what I would’ve done without Pettable, my boy Jasper and I wouldn’t be able to stay together due to his breed. I’m thankful this was recommended to me.
