  Service is so easy to use. Website is simple to navigate. The licensed therapist called me right on time for our appointment. She had a calm demeanor which made me comfortable confiding in her. I got my letter within 24 hrs of speaking with the therapist. I submitted my letter to a vacation rental and they accepted the letter right away. I would definitely recommend Pettable for anyone needing services.

  Pettable made it very easy to certify my 2 kittens. I would recommend this company to anyone. The therapist I talked to on the phone was very kind! My kittens and I are able to live happily and with no fear they will have to go back, AND not having to pay ridiculous apartment fees. Thank you Pettable!!!

  What a pleasant experience! Professional and knowledgeable doctors, they really take time to cater to YOU and YOUR specific situation. I felt heard and understood and my pets were made to feel like part of my family. Never experienced any backlash from my landlord in regards to my letter. Truly a wonderful company and so grateful I was able to keep my pets with me.

  Worked out exactly as advertised! After filling out a questionnaire online and a brief phone call with a professional my letter was ready on time and accepted immediately without question by my landlords. Happy days with my fur baby Delilah!

  I was trying to get a letter for my dog and cat. My letter says 2 dogs. And I know these are stock letters, but there is a "Your Name" that was missed. I'm not sure I'm going to send it in, because I'm worried it will be immediately rejected.

  The doctor was great! However, it was not explained previously that an additional payment would be needed for additional information. The letter was not enough and I already paid extra to get it quicker. It would have costed me even more to get the verification. This should have been explicitly explained previously.

  The medical professional I talked to was only going to put one of my two animals on the ESA letter when the Pettable site clearly says two animals can be certified if they both help with the condition. They wouldn't listen to my explanation or work with me to understand the situation. They wouldn't budge so I asked for a refund, and luckily I was able to get one.

  Great (and easy) experience from start to finish. Needed a letter to have on file, as the condo I'm renting recently decided to change their criteria to only allow pets under 20 lbs. As my ESA (dog) weighed in at 45 lbs, it gave me the peace to know she could not be refused into what was marketed as a large pet friendly rental at the time I applied. She truly does improve the quality of my life and I am grateful for Pettable's service!

  Appointment was not on time as scheduled and there was an additional $50 fee for the doctor to communicate with my property management team which wasn't clear from the beginning. No clear communication when appointment was missed. Documents were turned around in a 24 period. Doctor was nice and professional. Would use again but system has kinks.

  I loved the format of the training. The short videos were very easy to work through. I am giving three stars because it was disappointed with how little of the program was actually geared towards disability training. It was maybe only a third. The rest of the training was broken up between basic dog training and knowing your rights. I also wish I had access to be able to talk to a trainer while I was going through the program. I had so many questions come up and kinda felt alone in the journey. I think the program has a lot of potential and hopefully this review is helpful to others.

  The call was short of 5 minutes . Ther wasn’t many questions asked and then had to pay again for a fee that shouldn’t have been assessed . Won’t use this service again . physcologist wasn’t hearing what I was saying on the phone call and wouldn’t sign the other dog until boughten . When I originally did the pettable 2 years ago the service was way different .

  4.5 stars. I’m docking half a star due to my initial appointment experience where I felt like the tone of voice the therapist used was condescending to my situation. Some comments were made to me that made me feel insignificant. After reaching out to Pettable support, they immediately offered to have me see a different therapist at no extra charge, and that therapist was amazing! Keilyr to be specific. She was really compassionate and understanding, as well as professional. Thank you Pettable for your customer service reps who addressed my concern immediately.
