  This was just the greatest experience ever at a time when stress levels were sooo high! The therapist I was connected to was so far beyond fabulous & encouraging & I always felt so good about the legitimacy & professionalism that I was shown! Keep up the good work for all of us who r lonely no more & r no longer worried about being tossed out on our ear because we love the unconditional love of our fur babies! I so appreciate ur services & u get 5 stars from me!!

  It’s no question, I hands down rate Pettable 5 stars! Their process is efficient and the prices are very reasonable. I felt like all of my concerns were heard and they really cared about me. My pup is my best friend and without him, I would not be here. I’m thankful Pettable gave me the ability to always have my little Kit with me to help with my mental health. Thanks Pettable!   The process was clear and fast. I received my letter within hours of my interview, far exceeding my expectations. The interview was a far more pleasant experience than I anticipated. I had expected a difficult interview where I had to defend why I felt my dog was assisting me emotionally. Instead, my interviewer had read my questionnare responses prior to our meeting and simply had a conversation with me.

  I love Pettable! Ellie truly is my emotional support animal, and having her registered as my emotional support animal has helped us avoid having to jump through the hoops of owning a pitbull while living in an apartment. The process to have her become my emotional support animal was very straightforward, and I plan to do it again when her status expires. I'm really thankful for Pettable, and I've recommended others and I love seeing their fur babies become their emotional support animal, too.

  I’d give Pettable 5 stars, it was super easy to apply for an ESA letter, the website was straightforward and easy to navigate. The licensed professional I spoke to was very kind, professional, and helpful. I paid extra to get the letter in 24 hours and it was ready the same day. I needed the letter to help with my housing situation and it was accepted.

  My experience was quick and painless to get my Yuki listed as an ESA. I've had a therapist strongly recommend one but would not point me in the right direction to get an ESA letter so after some research, I chose Pettable and will give the service 5 stars, hands down! The consult did not take long at all and now I can keep Yuki with me no matter where I move without worry! She's pretty happy too.

  I give Pettable a 5 star rating. It was easy and quick. The first appointment call from the Mental Health Professional did not happen. I contacted support and they got onto the situation right away. Within two hours the situation was resolved and I was on the phone with the Mental Health Professional. Also when my apartment complex wanted more forms to be completed, the Mental Health Professional straightened everything out with the apartment complex. I was very very pleased with how they quickly responded to my needs and I felt very supported by the Mental Health Professional. I would recommend anyone to this company.

  Pettable is very prompt and professional. They act in a timely manner and do help with achieving the ESA process. I was able to get my Cat (stubbies) as a registered ESA in the state of TX. My landlord had no problems with all documentation. I'm overly satisfied with this whole experience from start to finish!!

  5 stars! Pettable was the only service willing to help get my pet ESA certified after my family doctor and therapist declined to write a letter. Without Pettable, my landlord wouldn't let me keep Huxley! As a result, my anxiety, depression, and OCD have been greatly reduced. Thank you, Pettable!

  Pettable is one of the greatest companies I have worked with - not only do they tell you they are going to provide service by a certain time frame, they over deliver before time. I’m super impressed. I was given a letter after suffering from severe health and mental issues. I thought the process would take two weeks, but instead it took two days. I have moved twice since receiving this letter and it has been widely accepted by the landlords here in Chicago. Also, they wrote me a letter before I even had a pet, which was so nice! Thanks, Pettable for giving me premium service! I will be back once my letter expires.

  I would rate my experience as a 5. The online process was a breeze. It was convenient to be able to schedule an appointment during the process online and the therapist connected with me on our call right on time. We chatted for a while and I explained to her that I had just moved from Chicago and was looking for a place to rent in Virginia Beach. I told her I was limited in my search for a place until I was able to renew my ESA certification letter that I had gotten when I was living in Chicago. The process was quick and easy, allowing me to feel much better about my ability to find a suitable place for me and my boys (2 pugs) to live thanks to the Pettable Team!

  The process was quick and easy, scheduling was flexible, and the provider I was connected with really cared about my mental health and improving it. Since I got my ESA letter, I was able to officially adopt Mango and bring her home, and she has improved my mental health immensely already. I would definitely recommend Pettable to anyone looking into emotional support animals.

  "My overall experience with pettable is very positive. The application process is straight forward. The website is very user friendly and well designed. After filling in some basic information, I was able to schedule appointments right away, and I was able to find an appointment within 2 days. Unfortunately, I was busy with work on that day and missed the phone call. I had to reschedule with a reschedule fee ($30). I wish the website could have some clear statement of the reschedule fee upon making my initial appointment and I hope I was able to receive more reminders so I wouldn’t miss the appointment. Having the ESA certificate has made me and my cat’s life so much better. I don’t have to pay monthly pet fee in my apartment anymore. Whenever I travel, I can bring him with me to airbnb. So he won’t be left at home alone and I can travel without worries. I really think it is a right choice of getting the certificate and will continually use pettable for the service."

  Absolute 5 star experience with Pettable. It was a super quick and easy process and the documentation was accepted by my apartment complex with no questions or issues. Pettable took so much stress off my shoulders as I was having a challenge coordinating schedules to see a local therapist prior to moving. I was scheduled with their therapist the next day and in a time frame that worked for me!

  I would give this service a 5-star rating. The initial information was easy to fill out and submit. It was straightforward and hassle-free to schedule an appointment. The therapist called at the scheduled time. He was professional and listened to what I had to say. I truly felt like my concerns and needs were being heard. He told me that the form that I stated online that I needed was not the correct one. He told me what I would need and discussed the difference between the two forms. As we talked about things and why I felt I needed an ESA, etc. He immediately responded, and I had my verification letter within 24 hours of the phone call. I would highly recommend this service for its knowledge, reliability, and punctuality.

  I can’t express how thankful I am to Pettable for helping me out with all my housing issues with my new pet. I just recently moved to a new appartment and wanted to get a pet but the deposit and additional rent were the factors that I just couldn’t afford in my current situation.I am so glad I found Pettable because now I can keep my new kitty with me all the time without worrying about it. The service provided was incredible: I loved how fast and effortless everything was. I only needed to fill out a couple of forms and almost immediately I got a chance to schedule a phone call the very next day. Talking to a professional was very helpful, my assigned counselor was Michelle Stark and she was very nice and respectful throughout our call. I am very thankful for her help! I got approved and received a letter in less than 24 hours.

  "I would probably rate my experience a 3.5. I ended up with everything I needed and I felt the therapist I spoke to was really great once we talked, however I found the process quite challenging. For example, the therapist kept rescheduling our appointment right before the call. I didn't realize it was because there was paperwork I still needed to fill out. I felt frustrated to keep adjusting my schedule. Then finally figured out more was needed from me. I wish the Pettable communication had made that more clear."

  I'd like to share that my first time experience with Pettable was exceptional! Aside from the fact that Pettable is a reputable company and I had no doubt when choosing them. The registration process was simple and when I got connected with the doctors that ran my evaluation, the rest was a piece of cake.   I would rate you at a 4, because appointment was quick and easy to set up, practitioner was great, very compassionate and listened well. Though the price for letter is competitive, and I really appreciated being able to use (and pay for one letter for both animals), I would really like to have a discount on renewal to reward loyalty.

  I would give Pettable a 4.5 out of 5 stars! My councilor was really helpful and kind… I chose the expedited option which was more expensive understandably. However, in the initial process of answering questions for receiving my letter, there was something that said i could add a second pet onto the same letter. i don’t know if that would have cost more money, but it gave me the impression it was free. When it turned out that i did need to add another animal to my letter I had to pay an extra $30. I totally understand the reason for that, I might have just misunderstood!

  Pettable's website was extremely informative and while I was researching more information on ESA certifications and how it would apply to my specific housing situation. I found that the whole process was very smooth sailing. From the intake forms to setting up the appointment with my therapist, the instructions and expectations were clear. I received my ESA letter shortly after my appointment and have had no problems! I felt reassured by their guarantee of a full refund if your letter doesn't work out, (although I have had no issues at all). The entire process had a quick turnaround which was very important to me.

  I was very hesitant at first about using pettable to get an ESA letter. But I am so glad I did. The consultant I worked with was very informative and quick to respond.   "Pettable is worth 5 stars for sure. I did not even know that ESA’s were a thing until a friend told me. By that time, I had already been fined and threatened with eviction if I didn’t rehome my baby, Coco. Dalmatian’s were a restricted breed. I was sobbing as I was retelling my story to a friend. She stated- well, you got Coco to feel safer. She can be your emotional support animal- I had been sexually assaulted. I was so entrenched in my fear, that I couldn’t sleep at night, let alone go outside when it’s dark. I googled and found Pettable. The process could not have been easier. I had my letter for the Property Manager that night and permission for Coco to stay the next day. I am now sleeping better, I have gone outside past 6 pm, and am so so happy. Thank you, my life has changed for the better because of Pettable."
