  I haven't actually used my ESA letter yet, but will be once I move into my new apartment in mid-April. However, the process was astonishingly EASY, which is awesome!   Your product is excellent and the site is easy to navigate and set up appointments; the therapist who contacted me was straightforward and provided a legitimate letter that was successful in getting our pet approved by our landlord.   I had put off getting my pets certified for a while just because I was a little nervous about the process. I had been diagnosed with anxiety and depression around Covid season when I was stuck inside all the time. I don’t know what I would have done without my two pets to keep me sane and get me out on my daily walks. Koda is my running partner for life and gets me going Liz is my calming snuggler.   I was about to get a pitbull puppy that I truly needed to help with issues I have related to several having several miscarriages. I know pitbulls can run into a lot of breed restrictions. I needed her to be able to live with me wherever I go and to also go with me public places when I'm having a bad day. The therapist responded to me very quickly, was very understanding yet careful to make sure I had a valid need, and got the letter to me quickly.   The therapist reached out within a couple of hours after submitting my application. I had my letter the same day. I'm moving across states and was very nervous about being able to bring my dogs with me.   From the begining, Pettable had kept in contact with me and let me know what the next step was. When I had to speak to the therapist, I was nervous however as soon as I start talking to Christi my fears went away. Christi was kind and listen to what I had to say. I received my letter shortly after the call ending and was informed if I had any issues that I could reach out to Pettable for help so I did not free lost after the call.

  The website was well-designed and organized. The therapist I worked with was very professional and knowledgable. I felt safe and comfortable with Pettable. Cons: Live chat feature on the website is time-delayed - I didn’t receive a response until a week later.The website did not mention the additional cost for the letter if you have more than 2 animals. I had three and I was granted a letter for the first two animals - so I had to pay an additional fee to have the third animal included in the letter. This was not clearly explained or stated on the website.

  The website is very well designed and answered all my questions; the process was very speedy with the phone consultation taking place and the letter being received within 8 hours of my first contacting Pettable; the ESA letter is well written and contains no typos and thus comes across as very professional.   I spent a lot of time trying to find a place to get my cats certified as emotional support animals. I came across Pettable and it was within my budget for both my babies. It was such an easy process and the CEOs made sure to email you and make sure that the services you wanted were up to standards. Pettable's standards were above and beyond. They found me a therapist that was able to talk to me on the phone and really listen to me and how my cats are able to support me. Pettable has given me the chance to keep my babies with me so they can continue to support my mental health.

  Pettable has been amazing to work with! Any time I had a question or a concern, I was immediately answered. They were fast with getting into contact with me, and I had my letter within the week.   My experience with Pettable has been excellent. They are extremely helpful in guiding you throughout the process. I was amazed by how fast they reply and solve any problems you may encounter along the process. I needed to have my letter before the date I had the appointment with the therapist and sent them an email to see if they could help me. They replied within a few hours and by the next day I already had a new appointment with another therapist and my letter by the end of that day. They will try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Overall, the process was very fast and easy and I am very pleased with this experience.

  I had a great experience with Pettable! I filled a form online and was contacted by a therapist shortly after. She was so nice and professional, really made me feel comfortable. The whole process went smooth and finally we got the ESA letter for Vito. First thing we did was take him to the beach for the first time! He had a blast with the sand and enjoy the water so we will definitely fly back there soon. Thank you so much for your services!

  I had an incredible experience with Pettable. I had just moved and was looking for a new therapist, but knew an ESA would really help me with the transition, so I came to Pettable to get documentation so I didn’t have to wait months to get approval from my landlord to bring a pet home. The process was straightforward, timely, and made me feel so valid in my journey. Now I am raising a puppy and never been happier and healthier! I can’t recommend Pettable enough!

  Pettable has helped me with everything from recommended diet for my cats and possible chocolate poisoning for my dog. They helped me stay calm and composed when I otherwise would have panicked for hours. The monthly subscription fee is nothing compared to the small fortune I would have spent at the emergency vet if I were unable to immediately talk to a medical professional when my dog ate an entire chocolate bar.

  Alyson was very helpful at calming my nerves about my dog's stomach issues. It's nice to have a free service like this. It's especially great for problems on the weekends, when most vet offices aren't open, but you're unsure if your problem requires an emergency visit (which is expensive).

  This service is incredible. I can’t recommend it enough, the vet I was paired with, Alyson was a huge help when our dog started to experience some signs of illness. She asked great questions, was extremely kind and personable, and had excellent advice and intel to let us know exactly what we could do to help our dog.   Signed up today and had my first chat. They gave me lots of tips and things to think about for the training/behavioral questions I asked, and offered to follow up in a week to see how it's going for us. The website had a glitch that wasn't letting me update my profile with them, but they were able to do that for me quickly. I do wish there was an app available, but so far it seems like the service will be good value for the money.

  These sweet people. My dog had surgery and the incision was near her knee/in a really tough spot - it kept opening up and was freaking me out x10. They chatted with me and reviewed pictures multiple times per day, checked in on her every day after I reached out, and were just so patient (I asked quite literally dozens of questions).
