  The entire process was simple from start to finish. The psychologist I was connected with was friendly, understanding, and clearly explained the letters and the process. I received my letters very quickly via email. I would highly recommend Pettable to anyone in need of this type of service.

  I’d give Pettable 5 stars. The turnaround time on me getting a call from a licensed clinician in my state was within 24 hours, and I had the letter itself within 36 hours from my initial request for services. That is amazing service!

  I would give Pettable 5 Doggy Paws (Stars) they were very prompt and professional! I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing an ESA letter! It was approved through my apartment manager! We have not gotten our dog yet but we are picking him up May 1st!

  Your company is a life saver. Life was stressful enough before being kicked out of our rental during a housing crisis, and finding that nearly every rental doesn't allow animals. We thought we were going to lose our babies, after already dealing with losing our home. It was unthinkable. For a reasonable price, Pettable gave me an hour-long session with Kara and a magical piece of paper that let me keep my family together. Kara was kind, empathetic, and professional. She provided support and advice beyond what I had paid for. I would recommend this service to anyone with animals who finds life to be difficult to bear in these difficult times. Pettable cared in a time when it feels like few others do.

  I sincerely thank Pettable for blessing me with the chance to have my baby with me at all times. I wasn’t allowed to have pets at my housing complex and with letter it made it possible for me to keep my bestfriend. The process was quick and easy.   I would rate Pettable as 5 stars. Thanks to Pettable, my dog who provides me with so much emotional assistance is able to live with me in an apartment which otherwise does not accept dogs.   "Dr. P Meyer was excellent. Was right on time with my appointment and I received his letter in a matter of 15 minutes. From the start of our conversation, he understood me and was able to address my fears and concerns about being able to have my two dogs approved by our new property's association. I suffer from panic attacks and would not have been able to move without them.Can't thank you enough, and on a scale of 1-5, I give Pettable a 100 . "

  I would rate my experience with Pettable 5 stars out of 5, for sure! The customer service was absolutely amazing. I had reached out regarding an ESA letter towards the end of the week, and the Pettable customer service rep went so far as to offer me a refund since I couldn’t have my consultation until the following week. I also purchased the add-on to have any forms signed if needed, and when I found that I didn’t need the add on anymore, my requested refund was processed super fast. Pettable is very customer service oriented, and I admire that a lot! The consultation was great, and I could tell the therapist cared about my well being and the well being of my soon-to-be ESA. I couldn’t be more happy with my pup! I’ve attached a photo of my pup, Penny. She’s so glad to be in her new home with all the toys and cuddles she could ever want!

  I would easily rate Pettable 5 stars. Everything about this process was easy, and helped to qualm the anxieties I had about speaking with a therapist to register my dog as an ESA. The website was very user-friendly, and the survey was quick yet detailed. After filling out the application I received a quick response from the Pettable team, connecting me to a therapist licensed in my state. The therapist and I were able to speak less than 30 minutes later, and I received my ESA letter just a few hours after our conversation. The therapist I spoke with was very understanding, friendly, and professional. They walked me through how to present the letter to my leasing office, what to do if there were issues, and what sort of ESA protections were granted by law. After the phone conversation, I felt confident and calm about not only presenting the letter to my leasing office, but also my rights as a patient. The entire process took less than 24 hours, and I am incredibly pleased with my experience. I would be happy to refer people to Pettable and their services!

  My experience was definitely a great one! Everything was done in a timely manner. At first I was assigned with someone who isn't licensed in my state and I thought I wouldnt be able to get my letter in time. However, I was switched in a timely manner and everything was resolved right on time. I highly recommend this site to anyone that needs help verifying they need their animal for support. The therapist was great as well. He listened to all my needs and expressed them very very well in my letter.

  I actually had a pretty good experience with Pettable. I received my letter from Dr. Laughman in a very timely manner. She called and had about a 30 minute conversation, assessed my needs, and delivered the perfect ESA letter! My apartment complex needed a few things added on my letter and Dr. Laughman sent a revised letter with every single thing they needed, super appreciative of her!

  On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I would rate Pettable a 4 :) Overall, the process was smooth, once I was able to connect with my therapist, she was clear in what the next steps were and she followed up accordingly. The one thing that could've gone smoother is the initial call to connect. We played email/phone tag several times before we were able to connect. If there had been a way to just set a specific call time in advance based on availability, that would have been ideal. My job requires many calls throughout the day and it's pretty impossible for me to pick up ad hoc phone calls. I imagine it was the same for my therapist, which led to the phone tag.

  Since registering for an ESA through pettable and bringing our sweet cat, Elvira, into our lives our home has been happier than ever. Pettable reps answered and addressed any question or concerns that I had and worked with us in such a fast manner! We were able to get out lovely cat and her letter in the same week!   I would rate 4/5 stars. Pros: Setting up the consult was an easy process. Consult was quick and I got my letter very soon afterwards. It would have been helpful to know upfront before paying that there is an additional charge from Pettable if a form is needed (in my situation, the landlord did not approve my letter and requested a form instead.) Given that the cost for ESL letter is pricey as it is, I think a form could have been done for me complimentary in lieu of the letter. I don't think you should charge an extra fee for that.
