  I would rate my experience a 5/5. Working with Pettable was quick, legitimate, and made me feel validated. I was moving states after a quick transition, so I didn't have the opportunity to establish care in my new location. The thought of moving was so stressful, and I knew based on my past experience that my pets could help me with the transition, so I looked into Pettable to help bridge that gap until I can set up my healthcare team in my new location. The therapist I was matched with was very professional and caring, and I felt like she actually understood me. Working with her was just like with any other therapist I've worked with in the past through my health insurance. I appreciate Pettable for providing the opportunity for my pets to support me as I transitioned to a new state and a new mental healthcare provider.

  I rate Pettable a 5 because of the swift and professional service that was provided for me and my dog, Mila. I was able to be approved for my apartment rental with no issues with the ESA letter. When I go traveling and stay at airbnbs/ hotels, I was able to be admitted with Mila as well with no problems as well. There are a lot of scams out there for this so I appreciate the honest and no-frills service that pettable provides.

  I had been trying to find a mental health professional for months, but they either were not accepting new clients, or were private-pay only and did not accept health insurance. I was extremely frustrated. After speaking with my primary care physician about my need for a PSA, I decided to contact Pettable. Communication with the Pettable staff was efficient and very responsive. The mental health professional that I was matched with did a full evaluation of my needs and listened to the steps my primary care physician had already taken before providing me with the letter I needed for my service animal. We even discussed the training I had already completed with my service dog, and the continued training that would be needed throughout her life. I received the letter/documentation requested from my Pettable provider within 24 hours of my appointment, which was appreciated greatly.

  I had just started a new job and moved into a new apartment at my dream location, only to realize that I needed an ESA letter. I was in the process of searching for a new therapist as well, but I wouldn’t have gotten an ESA letter in time for me to move in.   People often underestimate how great of an impact animals have on our mental health and wellbeing. When I began a search for a new home, I wanted to ensure that my cat would be protected with all of the rights she deserves as being my ESA. As I was between therapists and had recent changes in insurance, I didn’t know where to start in this process, but was recommended to look at Pettable. Best decision I could have made in this regard. They connect you with all of the information you need to make sure your pet qualifies for ESA status and help you set up an appointment with a therapist who will talk with you and, again, ensure that an ESA recommendation is appropriate and you/your pet qualify. During my consultation I felt immediately comfortable in explaining my medical and mental health history and discussing my cat’s role in my wellbeing.For any of my friends who do not currently have a therapist you can get a recommendation from… I definitely would recommend Pettable. There is such peace of mind in the ease of the process and knowing there is a hotline that can be called if me or my landlord ever have any questions.

  I would rate Pettable 5 stars! The process was super simple and quick. I reached out to start the process and Sophie, my dog, was ESA certified within 2 days! It enabled Sophie to officially hold the title of emotional support animal, which she’s always been for me, and made moving away from a bad situation for us less stressful since breed restrictions and per deposits weren’t a factor. I also loved being able to speak with someone local who was able to recommend local assistance options for me. I can’t thank everyone at Pettable enough for helping me. You guys helped support me in a time when I felt alone.

  I would rate your service 5 stars! Even in CA where I live, I was able to receive a temporary housing letter while I waited the one month for my official one, and my therapist I spoke to was great. She was able to talk through my anxiety issues that I had been diagnosed with and explain the benefit of having my pup registered as an ESA. The whole process was efficient and totally worth it, I would 100% recommend Pettable every time!

  I rate Pettable as 5 out of 5 stars. I live in an area where mental health care is very scarce and hard to get started with. Every therapist I called had a waitlist of several months, and it would take a while to actually secure a letter through them. Pettable was my light at the end of the tunnel. When I felt like no one could understand my needs, the people and Pettable were there to prove otherwise. Thanks to their services, I’m able to stay with my beloved little Doja, who helps immensely with the anxiety I suffer every day.

  "I was so pleased with the Pettable process, I give it a 5 star rating! I was just signing a lease and needed to make my dog an ESA quickly. I had been living in a house, so no need before that. I filled out the form, paid the fee (expedited 2 day) and had a phone appointment within minutes. The appointment itself was very straightforward, I felt a good connection with my assigned mental health therapist who asked questions and put me at ease. I had several realizations during the session and felt validated with my decision to make dog an ESA. I had my ESA letter within minutes after the session and was able to send it to my apartment leasing office. My therapist made sure I knew she was available for any needed follow up or questions from the leasing folks. I highly recommend Pettable, you are wonderful to work with and I'm so glad I chose you."

  I had a good experience. The service made it so much easier to connect with a Dr., without having to have a prior relationship with one, as therapy is very expensive. My therapist was nice and local, and my new apartment accepted the letter easily. Thank you! Bellatrix and I are very excited for our new home.

  I appreciated the speed and willingness of Pettable to assist in the process of obtaining the ESA Document for my puppy, and after talking with my appointed representative, I feel like there's also some progress related to my mental health that I want to dig into more.   My experience with Pettable was nothing short of fantastic. We were able to completely discuss the benefits of our animal family members and truly be heard about their benefits. I received the ESA letter a couple days after my consult and it has been smooth sailing since. Our new landlord accepted the ESA so we don't have to deal with pet deposits or pet rent.

  I previously sought an ESA letter from my family practice physician because I couldn't afford psychodynamic therapy. The doctor I saw provided the letter (even though the only thing she knew about my mental health was that I take medications) and informed me she was technically not qualified to give me an ESA letter. The letter the doctor provided was only a couple sentences long, and said something along the lines of "she does have cats that help with her mental health." Okay... but how many cats? What are their names? How do they provide for her emotional well-being? I am so grateful I found Pettable. The customer service team reached out and was so kind and understanding. They answered all my questions and were very quick to respond and discuss options with me. I received a call from a licensed therapist in my state the next day. She was very honest and thorough about exactly what questions she needed to ask me and why. She made me feel safe and asked follow up questions so there weren't any details left out of her reports. We talked for about 20 minutes. She suggested I look at online therapy options, so I did! I now attend online (& affordable) therapy, and it has helped me tremendously! The ESA letter was sent to me the day after I spoke with the licensed therapist. It's about one page long (not just a couple sentences like the last one) and goes into detail about laws and policies regarding ESAs, my ESAs' names, and how they each provide me with emotional support. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Pettable, both as a service and as a company. I look forward to working with them in the future.

  I would give it a 5 for the service. The explanation is very clear on the website and the Pettable staff connected me with a specialist in the matter of hours. I was able to get all the documents I needed and my furry friend was with me within five weeks-- about as fast as you can process the ESA application under current regulation.

  "On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give Pettable a 5 star rating. I actually never heard of Pettable until I came across it on Facebook. I read up on it and realized this was perfect for me and my fur babies and couldn't have come at a better time. I recently filed for divorce knowing there was no way I was leaving my dogs behind because they were my rock. They have helped me through so many things that I don't know where I'd be without them. Because of Pettable I can rest at ease knowing that I know longer have worry about that. Thanks Pettable for making it possible to keep our pets with us no matter where we go or may end up.   I thought that the process went really well and I got quick responses. My only complaint was there was some difficult understanding when I was going to receive my consultation but other than that it was a good experience. Would recommend it.

  I would definitely rate 5 stars. The service was super fast and easy, and I got matched with a therapist who seemed to be very knowledgeable and she was extremely helpful! She helped me get everything figured out with my apartment super easily! The customer support was super knowledgeable when I needed help figuring something out, and it got resolved quickly.

  I rate pettable 5/5! I finally found someone who made me feel heard about why I need my dogs. I am a thyroid cancer patient and without needed a dog that does a service, my dogs help me with all the other issues that come with the disease; anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc. With my huge scar, a lot of people like to stare.. with my dog, I feel safer and calmer while in a social setting being “watched”.

  I would rate this service 5 stars! Response time was almost instant after placing my order. My therapist reached out via email and we were able to set up a telephone appointment for the same day. During the this conversation I was asked several questions but also given ample time to tell my story and talk about my pet. I felt genuine concern and empathy from me therapist. My ESA letter arrived within 48 hours. A very smooth process.

  "I have Ivy, a 7-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel – and she is the sweetest! I wanted to make sure that she would always be able to be with me, as she helped me to overcome the biggest struggle in my life. Upon receiving the ESA letter, my landlord had some questions and wanted to verify the medical documentation.   I'd probably rate you guys like a 5 for response time and customer service, and maybe like a 3.5 for pricing 😅 I absolutely loved that I was able to get a consultation and letter so quickly, and felt like my privacy was handled well. Although, it was a little pricey for me, though I suppose it compares to the typical three visits you'd need with a regular therapist to get a letter. So, overall, I am happy. Thanks so much for reaching out! That's a picture of me and my Lucky Dog. He's a cuddle bug, and loves snoozin' as much as I do.

  Thank you for reaching out and I would rate Pettable it 5 out of 5. The entire process is smooth and I got the ESA letter fairly quickly after the consultation. I have a cat but got charged mistakenly at first for a second consultation (which is for dogs only in CA) but the mixed-up was soon taken care of. I also recommend and refer my roommate to use it so overall I'm pleased.

I also appreciated that I received a second phone call to confirm everything was correct in my letter before it was sent, to ensure quality, and that verification is offered if necessary.   I would give you 5 stars. It is increasingly difficult to find mental health support right now, which can make it more difficult to find documentation for your ESA. Pettable was fast, personal, and supportive, and worth every penny. I've been able to contact my provider with questions and she has always been responsive and helpful. I would 100% recommend Pettable to anyone who was needing to register their support animal quickly or without the hassle of scheduling a doctor or therapy visit.
