  I would rate my experience a 5. It was really simple to schedule and appointment and speak with a doctor. The doctor advised I could reach out if I needed any assistance. Once I was approved I received my letter within 24 hours. Overall the experience was seamless!

  I had the pleasure of finding out about petable from my friend, and I got a call the same day from mr. Daniel fisher who asked me very important questions about my mental stability with the up most respect, the follow up was quick and easy, and sent the letter right away, a couple days later my apts told me I still need certain things on my esa letter so I emailed mr. fisher and he got back to me right away , and by the next morning I had everything I needed to proceed the process , super glad I found out about this and that mr.fisher went out his way to make sure I had everything I needed 10/10 would recommend!

  On a scale of 1 to 5 I would recommend Pettable a 5 to anyone looking to obtain an ESA letter. The process was extremely easy to use and very timely! The letter was well received by my landlord and I have since been able to bring home a new pet :)

  I would rate Pettable with a 5 because it was an easy survey to use because of the initial survey as well as the form I filled out before meeting with the professional. This made the process go a lot smoother and faster than I could have ever imagined. Additionally, it gave me a lot of peace of mind that I would be refunded if I was found to not be eligible. At the end of the day, this was the best choice for me, and now I'm allowed to have a furry friend with me in my building.

  would definitely recommend to friends and family. I’m a college student so the fee concerned me a little, but after i spoke to someone over the phone I knew I’d be getting my moneys worth. with only $99 to renew a year, it beats having to pay those nasty pet fees for rentable living spaces- especially when your dear pet is a necessity for your well-being! the entire process was made quick and easy as a first time user. not only that but their entire team and staff were super resourceful and helped me with any issues i had. not only that but the process was crazy efficient, giving you your letter within a matter of time. loved you guys and will definitely be returning for a renewal.

  I would rate the service I received at Pettable a 5! Having a unique emotional service animal, I needed my fur babies while also living in fear they could be removed from me at any moment. Pettables legal resources and licensed professionals not only helped me through a tough time, but ensured I would have my ESA babies with me throughout it all.   I just moved to a new city and state that I had never been to before, and had no connections to at all. I was able to set up a 15 minute conversation with a therapist based on my schedule, and has the most wonderful talk with her. My cat Morrison and I are so thankfull for this service!   Thank you so much for your incredible service. On a scale from one to five stars, I would rate you guys at 5. The reason why is because: my ESA consultation was not only an incredibly compassionate experience, but was also super quick and easy and reliable. The therapist that I spoke to was very knowledgeable, kind, and informative for me to properly receive the care and the diagnosis that I needed. I was in the process of moving states, so my in-person therapist had to drop me, and I really needed help quickly.

  "I would give my experience with Pettable a 5 star review ⭐️ I have not needed to reach out for anything of this kind before and was quite nervous, actually. The process on the Pettable site was very intuitive and easy to follow along. Setting up an appointment time was efficient, as my request was quite time sensitive.   5/5 So relieving. The whole process was therapeutic in itself because I wanted my cat to have the official recognition of emotional support he deserves. I took my time answering the questions in the forms/docs that I was to answer before my scheduled appointment with my designated health professional, Lakia. It was as though I wrote a whole novel dedicated to my beloved Dominoe, which I am proud of. I ended up receiving my letter almost an hour before our scheduled time and we didn't have to discuss anything else. Having everything from my emotional connection with my pet and their impact on my health etc. in writing gave me so much clarity because I put care and attention into my responses. I was completely cleansed with gratitude when I got my letter promptly after submission. I feel like most people want to ensure they can live with their pet, I too was struggling to be accepted by landlords in my apartment search because I have a cat, however this service turned out to be more than just gaining a letter of certification. It personally helped me bond with my understanding of why I am so compassionately invested in my pet. Thank you Pettable.

  . It was overall a smooth process but the process could have been more clearly explained when it came to knowing I needed to fill out more paperwork before virtually meeting with the doctor. Otherwise, I was really happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to others looking to get the ESA paperwork. It’s saved me money every month on pet rent and I didn’t even have to pay a deposit when I moved into my new paper.

The web application took only a few minutes to complete, after which I had a quick chat with a licensed therapist who was very understanding about how much my pandemic kitty helps my mental health. I received the ESA letter by email promptly afterward, and my new apartment building accepted it right away. It's great to have my cat's contribution to my wellbeing be officially recognized.

My dog Juneau came into my life in the middle of a year of transition: I had recently lost my dog of 12 years, was in a long-distance relationship with my fiancee, working through my final year in graduate school, and struggling with pretty intense depression after some changes in medication. On top of all that, I had just accepted a new job and was preparing to move. Juneau is the sweetest, goofiest girl who loves every dog and person she's ever met, and she has improved my mental health in countless ways--but Rottweilers seemed to be restricted in every home I tried to rent. I was starting to lose hope and second-guess my decision to move when I discovered Pettable. The process of getting Juneau approved as my emotional support animal was streamlined, quick, and straightforward. Not only did the team at Pettable save me an enormous load of stress while finding housing, they saved me quite a bit of money! The move into my new home with Juneau was easier than I ever could have hoped, thanks to the wonderful therapist and administrative team at Pettable who worked with me. I can't say thanks enough to the entire Pettable team for providing such peace of mind and support through the entire process--we really are living our best life!

  "I would rate it 5 stars, it was an easy process and my therapist made me feel secure as to my disability and my need for my dogs to be by my side at all times as they make my disability process a lot easier.   I would rate the service 4 stars. Overall, I had a great experience. It took a bit longer than 48 hours to get the letter needed for my landlord from my provider, which is why I didn't give a perfect rating. But overall, I am highly satisfied with the service and would use Pettable again.

  I would rate it a 4/5. The process was easy, the counselor that wrote my letter was very nice and got me the letter quickly. My 1 star reduction is the price and that the letter is only good for 1 year. The letter lasts 1 year which means if I were to need another one next year I would have to repay the fees and go through the process all over again.

  I rate Pettable 5 stars. The process to sign up and schedule an appointment was simple. There was a lot of availability to choose from as far as dates and times to make my appointment. I like that you can schedule evening or weekend appointments because during the day can be difficult if you are at work. When I spoke with the doctor, she was so kind and warm hearted. I felt extremely comfortable speaking with her. From start to finish, everything was great!

  I would definitely give pettable 5 stars. They did everything they said they would and in the time they said they’d do it. The letter written was professional and it was excepted. There’s an actual physiatrist who calls and asks questions about mental health and why I would need an emotional support animal. Highly recommended.

  I would give Pettable 5 stars any day. To start, it is extremely affordable. I think it was maybe around $150, whereas a pet deposit was $300 or more. It was also a painless, easy process. You literally just go online, answer some questions, then schedule with your therapist. It's super quick, too! My therapist was great and took less than 30 minutes! He made me feel heard, seen, and even offered advice on where I could seek in person counseling in my area if I chose! My letter was a little late getting to me, but the Pettable team took care of me and had the issue resolved in less than an hour!

  Hello, I would like to thank Pettable and Tasha Holland- Kornegay for their organization. You all made it possible for me to bring my sweet fur baby into my new home. My pet is far more than a pet, he is like my baby and I appreciate you all for solidifying and validating how necessary it is for me to take him with me. Pettable allows you the opportunity to be interviewed and counseled by a real doctor, who sees the need and then intercedes for you with a certified opinion.
