  I just recently moved and have had trouble connecting with a therapist to get my dog confirmed as an ESA. Cami was so amazing. She was even so kind as to give me suggestions for the area I just moved to. I really appreciate all that Pettable does!

  I was so nervous when looking for a new apartment that I would have to settle for a place I wasn't happy with in order to find someone who would accept me and my kitten. Thankfully I found pettable, who connected me to a registered therapist promptly in order to get me the letter I needed. After my payment there was little to no effort on my part, pettable sorted everything out for me within just a short phone call. I would recommend pettable to anybody who is afraid they won't be able to take their furry companion where they need to.

  I would rate this service a 5/5 because they were quick, friendly, and convenient. I had my appointment scheduled for the next day, and I had my ESA letter within 24 hours of my appointment. The whole process took about 3 days and it was a great experience. I will definitely recommend this service to others, and I will continue to use this service to renew my ESA letter.

  "Pettable is worth 5 stars for sure. I did not even know that ESA’s were a thing until a friend told me. By that time, I had already been fined and threatened with eviction if I didn’t rehome my baby, Coco. Dalmatian’s were a restricted breed. I was sobbing as I was retelling my story to a friend. She stated- well, you got Coco to feel safer. She can be your emotional support animal- I had been sexually assaulted. I was so entrenched in my fear, that I couldn’t sleep at night, let alone go outside when it’s dark. I googled and found Pettable. The process could not have been easier. I had my letter for the Property Manager that night and permission for Coco to stay the next day. I am now sleeping better, I have gone outside past 6 pm, and am so so happy. Thank you, my life has changed for the better because of Pettable."

  I was very hesitant at first about using pettable to get an ESA letter. But I am so glad I did. The consultant I worked with was very informative and quick to respond. Once I filled out the form and sent it to him it took roughly 2 days for me to receive my letter and to get my pup into my home. I am very appreciative and excited to restart my life with my ESA. Thank you for giving people the opportunity to regain control of their lives with the support of their furry friends.

  Pettable's website was extremely informative and while I was researching more information on ESA certifications and how it would apply to my specific housing situation. I found that the whole process was very smooth sailing. From the intake forms to setting up the appointment with my therapist, the instructions and expectations were clear. I received my ESA letter shortly after my appointment and have had no problems! I felt reassured by their guarantee of a full refund if your letter doesn't work out, (although I have had no issues at all). The entire process had a quick turnaround which was very important to me.

  I would give Pettable a 4.5 out of 5 stars! My councilor was really helpful and kind… I chose the expedited option which was more expensive understandably. However, in the initial process of answering questions for receiving my letter, there was something that said i could add a second pet onto the same letter. i don’t know if that would have cost more money, but it gave me the impression it was free. When it turned out that i did need to add another animal to my letter I had to pay an extra $30. I totally understand the reason for that, I might have just misunderstood!

  I would rate you at a 4, because appointment was quick and easy to set up, practitioner was great, very compassionate and listened well. Though the price for letter is competitive, and I really appreciated being able to use (and pay for one letter for both animals), I would really like to have a discount on renewal to reward loyalty.

  I'd like to share that my first time experience with Pettable was exceptional! Aside from the fact that Pettable is a reputable company and I had no doubt when choosing them. The registration process was simple and when I got connected with the doctors that ran my evaluation, the rest was a piece of cake. I have already recommended Pettable to a few close friends and will be definitely using them to renew my pets certification next year.

  I would give this service 4 stars, the process was relatively quick but the consultant for my call was a bit late and I had to reach out again about a week or so out to check on the status of my letter. The apartment took it no problem though.

  I would give Pettable 5 stars any day. To start, it is extremely affordable. I think it was maybe around $150, whereas a pet deposit was $300 or more. It was also a painless, easy process. You literally just go online, answer some questions, then schedule with your therapist. It's super quick, too! My therapist was great and took less than 30 minutes! He made me feel heard, seen, and even offered advice on where I could seek in person counseling in my area if I chose! My letter was a little late getting to me, but the Pettable team took care of me and had the issue resolved in less than an hour!

  5 stars all the way. You guys made it so easy, and it was extremely quick. I was able to get everything done within a couple of days, and that allowed me to be able to adopt the dog I fell in love with. I have borderline personality disorder among other things, and it can make life quite hard. Roxi can just tell if I’m upset, and she comes and gives me her version of hugs and licks my face to help me calm down. She is literally the perfect dog. I feel like I won the lottery with her

  I had the best experience with pettable! they were so easy to work with and very reliable! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to get your pup approved! team members were fast to answer and explained everything in detail so there was no miscommunication! Letters they write are very professional and they always look out for your best interest. Team members are also very friendly and make you feel like you’re having a conversation with one on one with your friend without getting involved in every little detail in your life. I would send anyone that asked over to pettable in a heartbeat!

  Pettable did such a great job and was so very supportive when things with my landlord hit a snag. My therapist was so kind and was quick to make time to talk to me personally and text me as I navigated the hurdles. The support was phenomenal and is happily recommend them to anyone looking to obtain ESA documents for their support animals. Thanks so much... My Loki means the world to me and I really need him in my life. I'm glad he can be my traveling companion.

  On a scale I’d rate 5 stars! Your service and response times are excellent! I had one apartment ask me for more information regarding my letter and every efficiently I got an updated one that answered their questions! It’s great knowing I don’t have to worry about having my babes with me :)

  The therapist I was assigned was not only kind in the interview, but also provided me with a lot of support as I struggled with issues with my landlord following the ESA. She went above and beyond and I am so glad I used Pettable!

  I give 5 out of 5 stars for the excellent service pettable has provided for me, talking to a local therapist about needing my esa registration was easy, streamlined and fast to help me moving into a new home! Sophie and Phillip are happy to be living in a bigger home , more room to make biscuits .

  I would rate Pettable 4 stars! It was so easy to get set up with an ESA consultation and my therapist was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. My only bit of feedback was that my therapist was roughly 30 minutes late to our second session. I believe her other sessions ran over, but it would have been nice to be notified of the delay.

  Overall I’d rate Pettable as a 5/5. The experience was super easy, great price, and felt secure. When I spoke with the psychologist, it was very clear he not only had my well-being in mind, he also had my future cats’ well-being in mind as well. He asked questions that made sure I was able to take care of myself and especially the cats, and made sure I had the right intentions.

  "Oh absolutely 5 stars, also sorry for now just seeing this. The reason for 5 stars is because not only did Pettable make this easy, but Pettable also gave me a therapist in the area so many apartments and complexes can't turn me down or anyone else. Which is such a huge help. Also, I will mention that because of this company, I helped my friend who was able to get her dog into her new place without any hassle and she helped a neighbor out with the same thing! So I would say this is one of the better companies to go through for an ESA letter! "

  My experience with Pettable was extremely easy and smooth; I found the service online and decided to give this a try, and to my surprise, it was a very easy process. I was connected with a therapist within one day, and had an interview with her via phone, where she interviewed me and we discussed my relationship with Belle, and how she is supportive to me. I received my letter within a day or so, and I used it to get into my new place.
