  I’d rate Pet Table 5 stars. I was able to get all of the paperwork i needed very quickly in order to keep my dog with me during a move. My dog means the world to me and is a crutch I lean on during stressful times and I don’t know what I’d do without him by my side! Pet Table was great to work with when my leasing company asked for additional paperwork out of the blue and the mental health professional was also so helpful and prompt in returning the paperwork. Overall, this was a great experience that I wish I’d have known about sooner!

  Sorry for the delay on my end! My experience with Pettable was fantastic - definitely worth a 5-star review. I recently adopted a Chow Chow from a rescue because I was dealing with pandemic-related depression and anxiety. Due to breed prejudices, it can be difficult to find landlords and management companies that allow Chow Chows to live in apartments, even if the dogs have good temperaments. Now that my dog has her ESA certification, we're both protected by California state law, and we can thankfully live our lives together without fear of future interference from breed restrictions. The Pettable process was incredibly smooth, and I felt supported throughout!

  I had difficulty getting my letter quickly when I paid extra to expedite. But after that I had a professional letter sent to me from a multi-liscensed health professional. The letter worked allowed my cat to stay with me for free at my apartment with a no pets policy.

  Pettable was a quick and easy process to be assigned with an ESA, I needed this as my dog helps me with my mental illness and I live more happily and comfortably when I’m with her. My therapist was respectful and let me explain my problems to him and then helped me a little with them. My apartment complex accepted the letter quickly and I had no problems!

  I was assigned Christopher and he answered every question I had with the process and even explained some things that I didn't even think about. I was concerned about the pet screening company being used for my apartment because of the reviews online and Christopher let me know he had heard of them many times and to not worry because he has worked with them too. When I submitted my ESA letter to the pet screening company they needed extra documentation from Christopher and he was right on it and got me approved that same day. I recommend Pettable to friends anytime ESA comes up in a conversation.

  I was in a desperate situation that most pet owners have faced at one point or another- my landlord told me I would have to get rid of my dog or move out. That was an impossible choice as I needed a home but I also needed my dog who is so much more than a pet for me. My 9-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier named Tuesday has gotten me through so many hard times and continues to help me with everyday stress and anxiety. When I reached out to Pettable to officially get the proper paperwork to call Tuesday my ESA, I was not only given the help I needed but I was given it so quickly. Once I filed out the paperwork, I was connected with a doctor who not only responded to my emails the same day but called me the same day to go over everything that I needed to make sure I had my needs met since I was in a timely situation. Thanks to Pettable I still have my home and my dog!

  They are five stars all the way! The site helped set me up with a professional therapist, who is licensed in my state. It was very easy to setup calls or opportunities to communicate with them that worked for both of us. Most of all they allowed me to keep my cats Mew and Espurr. When my new landlord said I couldn’t have them, but we needed each other. Now they are protected, and can live in their apartment with me. Thank you.

  I would give my experience 10000/5 stars! I have already recommended your company to another friend. It was a straightforward no gimmicks service, and the doctor was genuinely concerned.   Process was easy. Therapist called me. Unfortunately I missed her phone call but was able to send her via email requested information. I had my ESA letter within that day.   I’d rate Pettable with 5 stars! It was very easy to use, easy to fill out all my information regarding me and my pup, very quick. I loved the fact that nothing about the website was complicated, did not require any help, very straight to the point. My consultation alone was very easy, had to fill out information about myself, it was about 20-30 minutes, but very direct. A stress free experience, would definitely recommend to anyone with a pup that needs to register their furry friend as an ESA!

  It was a positive experience from start to finish! I actually engaged with multiple companies offering ESA letters before choosing Pettable and I will say I went with them because their response was the most straight forward and friendly, removing the anxiety I might’ve had around a consultation. My consultation was easy to schedule and the professional I was linked with was actually quite lovely I would’ve loved to have her as an ongoing therapist I felt heard and at no point was I made to feel guilty or like a sham for requesting ESA status for my puppy Poppy, who will continue on to be therapy dog trained because it’s a fit for her temperament and mine!   I would highly recommend Pettable for their ESA services! It was easy to apply and the physician was through in the process. I obtained a letter for my landlord and one for travel for all 3 of my dogs. The letters worked perfectly and I wasn't hassled or harassed when presented. In fact, the establishments we're already familiar with Pettable and they found them to be a reputable company. I'm certain that anyone else would find the same experience should they choose to get their pets ESA certified through Pettable.

  I would rate Pettable 4 out of 5 stars. I paid for an expedited letter for my 2 cats and 2 dogs. My ESA letter was not completed within 24 hours, but I was granted a refund for this service due to the inconvenience. I really appreciated that Pettable was able to make the situation right from a customer service perspective. My letter was accepted by the rental company I was seeking to use.

  I was getting ready to move to a new place and had anxiety about bringing my two cats paying outrageous fees. I had thought about making them ESA before and never made the time for it and finally researched Pettable. I was blown away by the great feedback so I figured it was worth a try. I have to admit I was slightly nervous to get on the phone with a professional, but it was honestly like talking to a friend on the phone. The whole process was simple and easy. The whole company makes it very easy to get an ESA letter for whatever your needs may be- living or traveling in as fast as you need it. They also tailor the letter specifically to you, it’s nothing generic. Everyone is friendly in the process and actually give you grace. I had an ESA letter for both of my animals within an hour of getting off the phone and my living situation approved it with no issues or fees. They include license numbers from real professionals- no scams no problems. I have already recommended pettable to friends and would have no problem recommending pettable to anyone in need.

  Pettable worked wonderfully for me. The provider that Pettable connected me with was amazing, our first consultation was quick and easy while still showing care and consideration, and the second appointment was even easier. My letter was accepted by my apartment complex with literally no questions asked, provided to me on a professional letterhead with all licensing information included. Overall extremely simple and the easiest way to deal with pet limitations.

  I would definitely rate you guys a 5 out 5! Before i had found pettable i had a bad experience with an different online website for an ESA letter. They didn’t have a great customer service or staff. Pettable was more than out-going when helping me and made sure i understood everything about my letter and other things. My provider was amazing and very flexible. I would definitely recommend Pettable to my friends and family and use them again!

  My experience with Pettable was amazing! I really loved my therapist I was paired with. Vanessa did an incredible job communicating with me throughout the entire process. My appointment with her went smooth, her letter was professional and she walked me through step by step what to expect and was there to answer all my questions. She was very attentive and flexible. I would 100% work with her again, and actually plan on requesting her next year when I have to renew my ESA. Pettable made the process very quick and easy. The customer service was excellent and the turn around time was very speedy. I had zero issues with my ESA approval at my apartment. My letter was impressive to say the least. It was thorough, well written and covered all the bases. I am so glad I chose Pettable and will be using them again in the future! Thank you!

  I would rate my experience with 5 stars. Tracy was SO helpful, my consultation with her went so smoothly and she was extremely reassuring and kind. She also helped me when my landlord wouldn’t accept the letter. I will definitely be choosing Pettable again.
