  From start to being reached out to by a licensed professional, instructions were clear and the communication was on point. It was a seamless process and I was able to submit my letter and get approved for my ESA extremely fast. They even called my Pettable assigned provider and they verified everything with my leasing company. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely use Pettable again.

  I would rate the services I received a 5! If there were more stars, I would rate it higher. The therapist I was assigned was so helpful and ultimately gave me the ability to live in an apartment with my dog, Remi as an emotional service dog. We both love Pettable!!

  I absolutely love the service and care I received. I looked around for a long time to decide who I wanted to go through to get an ESA for my pup. There were so many options out there including going to a professional on my own to get the letter. I finally decided to use Petable because they had awesome reviews and I didn't have to change my schedule to get this done. They were so flexible in working with me and it was such a painless process. I would 100% recommend.

  I would definitely rate Pettable 5 stars! Me and my Lexi appreciate the service Pettable has provided to us. Lexi has always been my emotional support kitty, but I never had to have it "put in writing" until I moved into an apartment building last year. The task felt very daunting and a lot of the websites that I found seemed very sketchy, and expensive. I liked Pettable because it actually required me to speak with a mental health professional in order to confirm that I was in need of my emotional support kitty. The first professional I was paired with was unbelievably kind and thorough and I felt like she really listened to me. The renewal was a very simple process, and while I would have liked to be paired up with the same professional, the woman I spoke with was also extremely kind and professional. Pettable made this a very simple process, and I appreciated the reminder email when it was time to renew. Thank you.

  My experience with Pettable was absolutely amazing. The questionnaire and mental health check were simple and easy to understand. The price for an ESA letter for 2 pets was very adorable. Dr Tasha was also extremely friendly and helpful. My apartment complex required different forms for the ESA, and Dr Tasha quickly got back to me and help me out with those. I 100% recommend Pettable and will be coming back when my ESA letter expires.

I first try to get an ESA letter from another website but it turned out to be not a legitimate letter then I turned to Pettable and was able to get some advice in what option suited my needs the best. The process was really simple, the therapist I spoke on the phone was also a cat lover and I received the letter the same day of the call. My letter covered the two cats I have and I had no further issue with my landlord. Thanks Pettable!

  My therapist, Tasha, was so lovely and accommodating. She rewrote my letter for me free of charge to adjust to my specific housing needs, and I was able to bring my ESA to my apartment hassle free.

  I would definitely rate at 5+ for the service I received mainly because I was able to contact a doctor as soon as I completed my order. When I had a question about the process, your team members reached out pretty quickly to explain the timeline and were able to help me.   I would rate my experience at the highest. I was really worried about doing things correctly but this worked very well. I had a stressful time with move in and the time limit was very close but Pettable worked and came through and met my time constraints. I would recommend this service to people and specifically to people who have anxiety because the process was very easy and did help ease some of my anxiety. I didn't know what to expect but it was very nice and easy. Easy and following the rules were my main concerns but they met both and I'm very happy and satisfied. If I got more animals that I needed to have become ESA animals I would and will definitely use Pettable again.

  The process was so simple and I loved getting paired up with my LMHC who was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to get my ESA letter so quickly and I am very happy with my two little kittens. I've been wanting to get an ESA for the longest time but thought it would be a heavy and rigorous and expensive process but Pettable made it so easy.

  First off the reason I needed to get an ESA letter was so I can take my chihuahua Homer to college with me you guys gave me the opportunity to do that, The service I got from Pettable was quick and efficient, as a matter of fact the therapist that I was referred to went above and beyond, I would recommend her and Pettable to any one.   I’m really happy with how quickly I was able to get my ESA letter. I also really appreciated how the licensed professional I talked to sounded like she genuinely cared and I wasn’t just a name on a list she needed to check off. It reassured that this is legit service, not just an easy way for people to get around the system.
