  The process was super quick and easy. The therapist I was connected with was very professional and helped answer questions I had about the process. My ESA letter came in quicker than originally quoted and my apartment accepted the ESA letter. The therapist was a legit person and pettable kept my information private.

  I appreciated the speed that Pettable provided; I was able to set up and complete my appointment within a day, and received my accommodations letter shortly after. This speed allowed me to get the apartment I was hoping for - I worry that if I had used another service, I may have missed out due to longer response times.

  I did a lot of research before deciding to proceed with Pettable for my ESA consultation. I am a person that takes reviews very seriously for services. The positive reviews did not steer me wrong. The process for obtaining an ESA status for my pup Cleo was seamless, transparent and efficient. The licensed therapist that did my consultation was very personable, kind and helpful. She had my letter emailed directly to me within just a few minutes after our call. I was able to supply my letter to the leasing office at my apartment community within just a few days from start to finish. I had no trouble at all. I am so happy that my entire experience with Pettable was so wonderful and that my dog, who also happens to be my best friend, is able to officially be my ESA.

  I do not personally see a therapist so each one that I asked told me they could not assist me with getting my ESA since they had no previous contact with me. I am a college student and I do not have the budget to get a therapist but I was required an ESA to have my dog at my apartment. Luckily Pettable connected me with an incredible therapist that quickly and efficiently was able to determine my emotional need for my dog and approved my ESA. I am honestly really glad that I found Pettable because they made sure that my worries about having to be separated from my furry friend went away. Thank you!

  I rate my certification process a 10 out of 5! I love that my tortoise, Morla, can go wherever I live with no problems. This is important to me because I’ve moved a lot, and there have been times I thought she couldn’t live with me. She is very happy to be with her mom (me) !   I would definitely give Pettable 5 stars! It was super fast process to get in touch with a certified therapist as well as obtain the copy of the ESA letter. Previously, I talked to my own therapist about ESA but they wanted me attend several more sessions first before agreeing to allow me one which was not ideal for my situation.

  I was incredibly nervous to go through with the process because I read so much about online scams, but this ended up being a legitimate website that helped me confirm my new cat as my ESA with a letter written by a licensed therapist. All of the pet fees that come with renting deterred me from getting a pet for a long time, but now she has already helped with my mental health significantly and the financial stress has been lifted.

  I would rate Pettable with a full 5 stars. After having multiple therapists refuse to screen me for needing an emotional support animal, I was googling as a last ditch effort. I submitted to Pettable around 5pm and was called by a licensed practitioner by 9am the next morning! The practitioner was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had the ESA letter in my hands minutes after. The experience was so free of stress, which is great as an individual with anxiety. I recommend Pettable to everyone in search of an ESA! I never once felt abandoned throughout the process.

  I had really good service with communication and didn't have to struggle with any of the information and setup. Everything is well thought out and this company was not trying to pull the rug from underneath me. All in all, it was a successful endeavor.

  I would rate the experience I had with pettable a 5. Everything was very professional and the doctor I spoke to was very caring and helpful. The letter was very professional and it was exactly what I needed. I was able to get my fur babies in my apartment fast.

  It was so easy to find a therapist in my area. And she turned out to be super nice and help me find other mental health services within my area. Submitting my ESA paperwork was also extremely easy!! I’d highly recommend Pettable to anyone I know that is needing an ESA.

  The process of getting connected to a licensed therapist and setting up the necessary meetings with them was straightforward and easy. The therapist I connected with was kind and professional, and helped me understand the entire process. My landlord accepted the ESA letter with no issues. Will definitely be recommending Pettable to folks who need ESA letters!

  My experience using Pettable was positive. It was easy to make an appointment and receive the right documents. I was moving into a new apartment building so I needed an ESA letter. I also referred my sister to Pettable to receive her ESA letter. The counselor was really knowledgeable and caring. The ESA letter was sent over right away after the video call with the counselor. It was super convenient and I would use Pettable again for any other pet related documents flying, etc.
