  I was really concerned about the insane pet rents in the areas I was targeting, as well as having to "rule out" rentals I liked because of their no-pet policies. My pet has been my closest companion in the last few years, with COVID severely limiting my ability to find new friends, especially with moving to a new city. I also work from home full-time, and so it's been very isolating. Moving to a place without my pet wasn't an option, and I am so grateful a friend recommended I look into ESA consultations. It made the process much smoother, and we are now settling into my new home - one that I wouldn't have been able to get if it weren't for the ESA letter. Pettable made getting an ESA letter super simple and a quick process.

  I would give Pettable 5 stars. This service was truly a lifesaver for me! Everything was super seamless, from registration, sceduling my provider call, speaking to my provider and getting my letter and paperwork. I was extremely stressed when I found out that the property manager at my new apartment required a specific form to be filled out in order to accept my Daisy as an ESA. Since I moved out of state from my doctor, she could not help me with the form. There was a time crunch and I had no idea how to find a provider in my area. Pettable took care of that flawlessly.The counselor I spoke with, Alyssa, was wonderful and compassionate with me as we discussed my need for an ESA. She was able to get my ESA letter and form filled out in less than 24 hours after we spoke. What a wonderful service!! Thank you for being here for Daisy and I. We are very happy together in our new home.

  Thanks so much for your service. Seriously. Getting taken care of by a qualified, licensed professional was so easy using your service. Knowing that I have the proper documentation necessary for my diagnosis + flying with my trained psychiatric service dog is so helpful and makes me feel supported in my ability to travel with my tool. My dog is a trained tool for my health, and I cannot go anywhere without his assistance. He is crucial for me to function in society. Thanks to you, I am able to provide documentation necessary to do this with my trained PSD. Much love from us!

  Getting my ESA Letter through Pettable was a 5-star experience. I rely on my emotional support animal to help me cope with my disability and don’t know what I would do without her. However, the cost to house an animal in an apartment is way too much for me to afford. The doctor I consulted with was friendly and made everything super easy. I was able to move into my new apartment with my ESA without any issues! I would definitely recommend Pettable to anyone who needs accommodations so that they don’t have to worry about not having their ESA with them.

  I would like to rate Pettable 5 stars because your service was extremely user friendly. I was matched with someone fairly quickly who was kind but also very straight forward with my needs and why I felt an ESA was a good choice for me. She also had some very helpful recommendations for me to continue mental health improvement. Communications with Pettable on all ends was very quick and great customer service! I feel so incredibly relieved that my little ones who do so much for me can be taken with me regardless of where I live in the future.

  Pettable was easy, straightforward, and timely. From the time I applied to the time I had the letter in my inbox, it was maybe a few days which was really incredible. After moving 6 hours from home and finding myself lonely, anxious, and depressed, a cat was just what I needed.   I was very pleased with the process I needed to take to option an ESA for my future dog. I’m still in the process of finding one that is a good fix for both of us.   My experience with Pettable was amazing! I looked into a lot of other organizations to get my ESA letter, and a lot of them seemed unreliable, had a ton of unnecessary fees, or just ended up calling and emailing me nonstop when I didn’t follow through with their company. Pettable gave me exactly what I needed for a reasonable price, and the therapist I spoke with was so kind and helpful and wrote a letter that was exactly what I needed to have my ESA live with me at my on-campus housing arrangement. I would rate Pettable 5/5 stars. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be recommending to friends!

  I was notified that my extended stay hotel for my 3-month internship does not allow cats only 2 days prior to check in. With Pettable, I was able to get the ESA letter within 24 hours, and that resolved the issue for me. I will use the letter towards renting an apartment next year as well, and it was definitely better than paying the high pet fee that the apartment charges.

  What I was most impressed with was how quick and effortless the entire process was.   I rate my Pettable experience as 5 Starts! I was happy with the information on the website and the responsiveness of the customer support team when I contacted them for more information.   Pettable made it easy to make my pets ESAs. Now I don’t have the extra stress of pet rent, breed restrictions, or being away from my babies while I’m in veterinary school.   I would rate your service a 11/10. Words can not describe the ease of the process or the care in which my Dr treated my personal scenario. She was beyond professional and went above and beyond even weeks after I received my letter to answer follow up questions and concerns. Honestly it's a shame more people don't know about this service and are constantly being told they can't live with their respective animals. Definitely will recommend pettable to anyone that ever asks.

  The process could not have been smoother and I received my ESA letter within the same week. I was honestly very hesitant to try and get my ESA letter online given all of the scams out there, but I didn't really have an option since, at the time, I could not afford formal counseling as I did not have any medical insurance.   I have yet to try the PSA ppw for flights but it was effortless to use when moving into an apartment building that restricts pets. The process of actually getting the certification was seamless as well. The therapist was very friendly and overall a great experience which I have already recommended to multiple friends.

  This service was truly a lifesaver for me! Everything was super seamless, from registration, sceduling my provider call, speaking to my provider and getting my letter and paperwork. I was extremely stressed when I found out that the property manager at my new apartment required a specific form to be filled out in order to accept my Daisy as an ESA. Since I moved out of state from my doctor, she could not help me with the form. There was a time crunch and I had no idea how to find a provider in my area. Pettable took care of that flawlessly.The counselor I spoke with, Alyssa, was wonderful and compassionate with me as we discussed my need for an ESA. She was able to get my ESA letter and form filled out in less than 24 hours after we spoke. What a wonderful service!! Thank you for being here for Daisy and I. We are very happy together in our new home.

  I am so happy I found Pettable! My provider, Marie, was so kind and encouraging. She simply explained the process and what steps were needed. She took away any concerns I had and I was able to adopt my Wilson! My life has been completely for the better and I will continue to use Pettable!

  5 stars hands down. If I hadn’t found Pettable, I’d still be waiting for an ESA letter from my doctor. I wasn’t able to get in until late September, and I needed the letter to move apartments in August. The experience I had with Pettable was incredibly quick, seamless, and extremely affordable.   Great service I received. I live in apartments and couldn’t have gotten Bucky without the approval by Pettable and they gave it to me within the day which gave me time to pick him up in his time slot at the adoption center. Bucky has been a joy to have around ever since and loves his new forever home!
