  The service was excellent and the consultation was quick an easy. The staff was so helpful and the therapists really do care. The whole process was very easy and I’ve already recommended services to a lot of my friends. I would definitely use this service all over again.

  I had a great experience with Pettable. I was paired with a suitable health professional who was very helpful, kind and quick as well. Pettable was very helpful, efficient and with a fair price I was able to get my fur baby to live with me without the extra stress and fees involved. It is very helpful and appreciated after living 2 years in an apartment alone, struggling with depression and having “no pets allowed” rules. I can finally say I am fairly happy and so is my little buddy!

  I was incredibly nervous to go through with the process because I read so much about online scams, but this ended up being a legitimate website that helped me confirm my new cat as my ESA with a letter written by a licensed therapist. All of the pet fees that come with renting deterred me from getting a pet for a long time, but now she has already helped with my mental health significantly and the financial stress has been lifted.

  I would rate my experience with Pettable at a 5. From start to finish it was the easiest process and working with Heather was great. She was very empathetic and understanding of my issues and was able to provide me with a letter that I needed in order for me to move into an apartment with my dog Fox who has been my ESA dog for years. The whole experience was pleasant and everyone is understanding.

  On a scale from 1 to 5 I would rate you a five. To start off the experience was very nerve-racking and you guys made it so much easier for me. Your level of professionalism and customer service is amazing. My advisor was super relaxed and super understanding. They assured me that everything would be taken care of and I have never had a problem cents. If I had the choice to do it all over again I would!   The process was super easy, we received a call back within a few hours (we did pay for expedited service) and received the letter as soon as we hung up. We were able to submit that letter to our landlords immediately. I wish we had done it sooner!

  I was incredibly grateful for how swift and easy the process was to register my dog as an ESA. I would rate Pettable and the registration process 5/5 stars! I enjoyed the conversation with my counselor and have kept her information on file just in case I decide to pursue therapy with her. Overall, the program is very convenient to those who might benefit from an emotional support animal and I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get my letter.

  . I absolutely give Pettable five stars! Our former landlord tried to make us get rid of our pets while also illegally trying to kick us out, and this service made it quick and easy to get an ESA letter to protect our girls. Having our dog, Reigna, and our cat, Freyja with us during the move was absolutely necessary for my mental health, considering the stress around the situation. Amanda was absolutely lovely to talk with; she was very professional and understanding and I would rate her 10/10 and if I could, I would absolutely love to have her as a regular therapist. Thank you so much for everything you do!

My therapist was extremely friendly and helpful and even recommended some other suggestions to improve my mental health going forward.   "I would definitely give 10 STARS 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫💫💫💫💫💫💫 . This was my first time ever requiring an ESA and wasn't aware that it was a thing until I was I'm need of one. I researched a few other sites and wasn't comfortable with their process. Once I came across Pettable and looked into it a little further, and read how simple and fast the process was I didn't hesitate to sign right up to speak with someone about my situation. I was immediately paired with someone and we scheduled our appointment 2 days later. Melissa was amazing!! We spoke on the phone for about half an hour and I received my ESA letter within 2 hours.   Pettable was super easy and affordable! I got an ESA letter for all 3 of my dogs within a week! And on top of that my therapist was super friendly and understood everything I was talking about regarding my anxiety and depression. :) 5 stars!

  The process was very easy. I was already previously diagnosed with a mental illness that qualified me for an ESA, but after the airlines stopped allowing ESAs to fly, I needed to see if I qualified for a PSD. After finding Pettable, I was quickly matched and had my letter within days, so I can now fly again with my dog. The cost seems high at first, but if you factor in getting a therapist or other qualified professional, paying for the appointment, and then no guarantee of actually qualifying, Pettable made way more sense. Definitely recommended.

  I would rate the process a 5. The entire process was very seamless. I filled out the information online and provided my availability for a consult with the therapist. The conversation allowed me to personally provide insight to some issues I have experienced and why I applied for my pup to be ESA certified.
