  I was fully satisfied with Pettable's process to obtain my ESA letter. Following my application, I was contacted by a Pettable representative in less than 3 hours. She then put me in contact with the provider whom I spoke to later that day. The process was seamless and very easy. I would recommend it to anyone. My dog has changed my life and it would not have been possible without this.

  I would give it a overall 3! I'm going to be honest I was confused when I was getting multiple emails pairing with a ESA specialist and I was confused what was going on. I think with someone who deals with anxiety it's super overwhelming to see 2-3 emails with people trying to pair me up with someone. I think doing it on a website is a lot user friendly but all in all I think I had a great overall experience. Phone call was great and her explanation was straight forward and great.

  After doing some extensive research I learned that there are 'less than reputable' sites out there that claim to be legit. Don't be fooled. Pettable had all the boxes checked for legitimacy and made the process so easy. The evaluation session was professional and thorough. I received my approval and signed certification quickly. I would highly recommend Pettable for anyone seeking to register their pet as an emotional support animal.

  As advertised. Pettable is worth every penny and is a reputable company. The process was easy and official and I felt confident forwarding my ESA letter to my leasing office who accepted it without question.   I would give my experience with pettable five stars! I was connected to a licensed professional just a little over an hour after my initial consultation and payment. She is the sweetest and was able to get me the letter that I needed about half an hour after our phone call ended. I would recommend this service to anyone.

  I would definitely rate my experience with five stars! So easy to use, answer a few questions about your issues and that's it. The therapist I worked with was amazing, very caring and understanding. She made talking about a difficult subject a little bit easier. I had my PSA letter within 20 minutes. This has completely changed my life for the better! I can now take my service dog with me and actually go to the store myself. Thank you all so much

  I would rate Pettable 5 stars, it was great experience for my pets and I. We got taken care of so swift and easily. It made it much more possible to have pets while being a renter as well as acknowledging my own care needs. The influence my pets have on my quality of life was much greater than I ever realized.

  "t only took a couple of days to get an appointment with the psychologist and she emailed me my letter the same day. I can't speak yet to the legal support aspect as I won't be moving into my new place until next month. Still the advice the psychologist and staff gave me was very helpful and I'm feeling very positive that if there is a problem, they will help handle it. This is a huge relief as all my healthcare is through the VA and my location is telling me they won't write ESA letters as policy."

  Definitely would rate Pettable a 5/5. It was so easy to follow along with. The practitioner Pettable connected me with was able to make a phone appointment immediately and able to reschedule with my when my plans changed. She was super nice and helpful on the phone. You guys provide a service that is so much quicker than another top company that provides this and I really enjoyed talking to the therapist I was connected with. My housing had no issues with the paperwork filled out and it was great to bypass the no pets rule to allow my best friend and dog to stay with my family.

  I would give Pettable 5 stars due to the easy scheduling and overall easy process of getting an ESA letter. Pettable eliminates the process of finding a provider and then going to visit a provider for an ESA letter. I would do it again!

  "I am so so so grateful! I was worried about scams and it not being legitimate. It is 100% legit and it was so easy! I was referred to a LMHC for the assessment and I loved her! I recently was referred to a therapist by my dr and it was not a good experience so I was nervous, but Joy (who did my assessment) was amazing and I wish I could have her full time! Literally a life saver!! "

  Pettable was absolutely amazing! The process was smooth and quick. Forty-eight hours after filling out the information online, I had my appt with the registered therapist in my state and had my letter in my inbox within a few hours. I also had no problems using the provided letter with my landlord. Thank you so much for making this so easy!

  The entire pettable process was so easy and efficient, I was able to get an ESA letter within 24 hours to my new building which unfortunately wouldn’t allow for my dog’s breed. I was contacted by a licensed therapist in my state to have a phone call appointment and after determining I was suitable for an ESA letter she forwarded me an E-copy of the letter within an hour after our call. Overall, I cannot thank pettable more for helping me out when I was in a pinch. Getting an appointment with a therapist as a new patient can take some time, so this made things much easier for me. (I even saved money! — because the building couldn’t charge me any fees once I provided that letter, which were greater than pettable’s fee.)

  I would rate Pettable 5/5 stars and so would my orange tabby cat, Stewie. Although pricey, Pettable is the only ESA letter/form provider that I found that was timely, fair, and actually cared about their customers. Stewie and I are very relieved and grateful for Pettable!

  5 out of 5 stars! The whole process was easy and Christopher was fantastic! He was great with scheduling a day that worked for me and was great about rescheduling when I had a last minute event come up. I got my ESA letter with both of my pets on it and was able to smoothly transition into my NYC apartment with it. If I ever have problems in the future, I feel comfortable knowing that Pettable is here for me!
