  My experience was great! It didn’t take long to get an appointment scheduled. Mr. Lange understood my situation with being an active duty member in the military and was able to adjust his question to my day to day life. I will definitely recommend people to use Pettable when needing an ESA. I give my experience five stars.

  My experience was very positive. I'd rate it 5/5. The whole process was seamless from initial contact all the way through receipt of the ESA letter. My therapist listened to my story and made a successful diagnosis. My landlord accepted my ESA letter without any issues.

  "I was reluctant to use this service when I was a bit desperate for an ESA letter. I had previously reached out to my primary care physician & therapist but was informed they do not provide ESA letters. I was very pleased with the prompt scheduling for my evaluation during a time that worked for me and I received my letter within minutes of hanging up. My letter was accepted and I have since recommended this service to multiple people. "

  You guys were super helpful and so easy to work with. It was also affordable too. The response time was quick and was incredibly easy to set up my appointment for the ESA consultation. Honestly my little fur ball is the closest thing to me, so this just made it all the more special and makes housing a breeze.

  Definitely 5 stars! The process is very simple and quick. The therapist I was matched with had an extensive questionnaire but answering questions was not at all an issue. I didn’t need a quick turnaround but still received the letter in an exceptionally fast amount of time. As long as I need an ESA letter for housing purposes I will always come back to Pettable!

  I would rate the service 5 stars!! I was connected to an actual medical professional in my state was able to connect with an actual doctor and get a legit prescription for my dog to help with my anxiety and depression after years of medicine haven’t worked. I am so happy that my girl Charley gets to live with me!!

  I would definitely give Pettable 5 stars!! The process was quick and easy. It was also the cheapest option after shopping around, for both of my fur babies. Being that they dont charge per pet was the deciding factor for me. The whole process took about 4 or 5 days and I think thats only because I called on a Friday. So it would have probably taken 2 business days. Which was great because we were moving and needed the documents right away. I would definitely recommend Pettable to any and everyone.

  I would rate 5 stars for the service! It was quick, and functioned properly. Although, I think there is room for improvement in the scheduling of the call with the therapist. Maybe a more structured approach with a questionnaire on availability over the coming week because I had a bit of back and forth over email to schedule which could have been avoided. But once I had my call scheduled she was very quick to send the forms and ESA over, which was great.

  I would definitely rate the experience with 5 stars! I get really nervous when it comes to talking to any doctors for any reason. But Pettable made the experience so easy and painless!   "I would rate pettable 10 out of 5 if I could! They were so fast and helpful and I was able to get my letter within 24 hours. I was so stressed about getting a letter in and they helped 1000%!!! I even made a mistake and overpaid for both travel and housing and the doctor noticed that and she was the one who contacted billing for a refund!!! She was super helpful and so nice and I recommend pettable to ANYONE who needs an ESA Letter! I had zero issues with my landlord and it was the smoothest process ever!"

  I give Pettable a 5-star rating! In this current market, finding a place to rent is already stressful enough. Added to that the worry having to re-certify my emotional support animal in a new state, the process and time it would take, and finding a reputable company that wouldn’t scam me and take just take my money. Thankfully the process was straight forward and very timely. I had everything I needed and in order when submitting on the apartment I was hoping to get. I recommend Pettable, the positive reviews are legit and it’s worth it!

  I would definitely give this a 5 star. From the first email communication to the call from the therapist it has been an amazing experience. It only took like one true business day for me to do the call with the therapist and receive my ESA letter. Because of this I am able to have my dog Bader with me without the worry of the deposit or monthly fees. This has definitely help in alleviating some of the stress I carry from work and just moving so far from home.

  "I would rate Pettable 5 out of 5 stars. This service was so easy to use, especially when we were in a situation where we didn’t know what to do. Pettable asks basic questions and links you to a qualified specialist that is perfect for your needs. Our specialist worked with us in our busy schedule to interview us and see if our animals met the qualifications to be an ESA. Once we were done the specialist immediately sent us our ESA letter (which included our pets names, breeds, and weight). Our furry friends now are accepted as ESA’s and we can now live life easier and together."

  The process was extremely easy and everyone that I spoke with was so kind. I knew exactly what I needed to do and when I should expect to receive the paperwork I needed. I was able to finally fly with my dog as she helps combat the anxiety and ADHD I have. I was so happy to have her with me and to be able to bring her back to my parents! Best experience ever!

  I had a wonderful experience with Pettable. My therapist made me feel comfortable, and provided all of the information I needed. My anxiety was heightened going into the phone call and she made me feel at ease. I give Pettable a 5 star rating! I have already recommend this service to people in need.

  My friends are of the feathered variety. When I found the need to adopt two parakeets to calm anxiety triggered by PTSD, I counted on Pettable to connect me with a qualified professional who could write an appropriate letter to my housing management. Pettable's process was easy and my letter was emailed to me two days later. The professional called me on time and was respectful of my situation and diagnosis. Thank you Pettable!

  My experience receiving an ESA letter from Pettable was easy, fast, and professional! I needed an ESA letter on somewhat short notice before moving into my apartment and I was nervous about getting a letter through an online service.   I would definitetly rate Pettable 5/5 stars! I needed a quick turn around with my ESA letter because my landlord needed the paperwork quickly, and Pettable finished the whole process within a week. It was very quick and smooth and the therapist I talked to was very sweet and helpful when I was describing why I qualify for an ESA. I already have recommended Pettable to a few of my friends who also think their pets qualify to be an ESA.

  I am appreciative of how quickly Pettable was able to assist me. I had a quick timeline but was connected with a counselor who set up a meeting that week. We were able to discuss things in a very professional setting, and when it was discovered I would need my pet as an ESA they helped me get all the paperwork quickly.

  Pettable really came through for me when my psychiatrist said he wasn't able to sign off for emotional support animals anymore. I was at a loss and full of anxiety, but after doing research, I came across Pettable. I was put at ease knowing they were the real deal because the phone appointment I had was professional and caring, and she coordinated with my landlord to sign additional forms they required. Also, I live in California which requires more than other states for an ESA, but Pettable takes the extra step to make sure that everything is completely legal and right. What you see on the website is exactly what you get! I will forever be greatful to Pettable for their amazing service, and because of them I was able to move out on my own; I wouldn't have be able to do this without bringing Truffles with me. She's my everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you forever
