  I would rate Pettable a 5!! The health counselor I met with was very understanding and was able to answer all of my questions I had regarding the ESA process. They are very helpful and very quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend Pettable to a friend!

  Well I was doing a lot of research for several days trying to find the right place where I could get a ESA letter and have the necessary forms that were required on my end filled out. Finally I stubbled upon Pettable! The whole process was very fast, I was pleasantly surprised. Also the therapist, Rebecca was amazing. I definitely felt heard and valued, especially after losing my cat of 15 years. I felt lost but my new puppy is helping to give me purpose and keep me going!

  I had a great experience with Pettable! I would love to rate it a 5/5. I was able to talk to a professional within a few hours after applying. The person I spoke to helped me identify where I stood in my mental health and gave me resources for future needs. They agreed on a need for my cat (Mr. Kitty) to become an emotional support animal and I received a letter the next day. The service was quick and efficient! I’m so grateful for the help I received from Pettable.

  My experience with Pettable was great! I was contacted very quickly and set up with a mental health professional. Joy was very professional, asked in sufficient detail reasons for why I would like to have an emotional support animal, I felt very comfortable discussing my reasoning and the whole experience was nothing short of professional. I would definitely recommend the service!

  "I would give this website a total 5 out of 5. From the beginning of the application the process was quite simple, and straightforward and took me less than 15 minutes to complete. Within a full business day I was contacted by a member of your team and set up with simple days and times to have a phone consultation with my assigned therapist. She was sooooo kind to me, the questions she asked and the tone of which she asked them did not seem as though she was judging my responses or thinking of my furry friend as just a tool to get free housing or flight travel accommodations, like my previous therapist has. I am soooo happy to be a part of this team. My documents were attached and received by me within 48 hours of purchasing the expedited package for my little kitten minion. I will recommend this company to all of my furry mamas and papas. Thank you so kindly !"

  Hi my name is Gabriel and I was a rescue cat that my mommy took me in. I want to give Pettables a five star rating because if it wasn’t for them and their support I would’ve been evicted from my apartment. Pettables along with my psychiatrist support I’m able to stay in my apartment.

  I’d rate Pettable a 6/5 stars! It was a massive help to be able to do the entire ESA process online, which as someone who works full time was a massive help. The medical professional that Pettable connected me with was absolutely wonderful, and the whole process took less than a week to complete, which was a turn around time I could not have gotten in my local area due to the lack of resources for getting an ESA letter. My little guy and I are moving into our new place in just a few days, and having all of his documentation squared away took so much weight off my shoulders. I’m super glad I went with Pettable for my ESA letter— I got exactly what I needed in a timely manner from helpful people!

  "I rate these services and my therapist 5+. I'm not computer savvy and the team guided me through signing up for the service. This helped alleviate my anxiety which was at high level because I was in process of moving. My therapist talked with me at a time convenient and was very professional and empathetic. THANKS"

  5 stars all the way! Without Pettables, I wouldn't be able to have my ESA's. Without my two ESA's, life would not only be devastating but would have been crippling. The assessment was thorough, but fair, and my landlord accepted the letter with no hesitation.

  It was a great experience, the doctor was super friendly and helped accommodate my specific needs. He spoke with me 4 separate times in one month to make sure my letter was perfect for my situation and I felt very comfortable and at ease with the process.   As a Marine Corps combat veteran, I have seen and felt the benefit of having my furry best friend with me over the years. I deal with the affects of PTSD, general anxiety and depression, and random other daily struggles. I know, without a doubt, that having my dog by my side has helped with these issues tremendously. So when I was recently preparing to move to a new place, I decided to look into the whole ESA thing, to make sure I wouldn't have any issues keeping her with me wherever I landed. The process with Pettable was as great as I could have asked for! Amazing communication and explanation of everything by the folks at Pettable, who connected me with a very wonderful and caring therapist. The visit with my therapist was comfortable and smooth, and did not at all feel like I was simply being rushed through. She was thorough and made sure to understand my issues, and my need for having an ESA. A couple days later, I received my ESA letter via email. I am relieved to know that I don't have to worry about being separated from my doggy companion now. Very happy with the service offered by Pettable, and with the treatment I received!

  At this time, I would rate 5 out of 5, since I was able to receive the letter in a very short amount of time, and use it immediately for my job. I am in the process of moving so I am not sure how it will work for apartment rental, so fingers crossed. And for your website: After a difficult divorce, my dog became a fundamental part of my healing process.   5 stars all the way! The licensed psychiatrist I was assigned to, despite being sick the day of my call, still called me. It just shows their dedication and just shows how much they really care about their clients. I am very thankful to my psychiatrist. Now I am feeling safer and much happier in my place in life with Peaches!

  I rate my experience 5/5 stars. My experience with Pettable was positive, quick, and professional. Both the initial and final consultation went smoothly and I had no issues with the documentation that was provided. I was able to submit my documentation to my landlord and received a refund on our pet deposit and first month's pet rent. My dog has always been my unofficial emotional support animal and now I have the papers to prove it. I'd like to say thank you to Pettable and their amazing staff and therapists.

  I would have to give Pettable a 5 star rating! The whole process was very smooth. Payment was easy, scheduling a therapist was easy, and getting the ESA letter to my landlord was easy. Definitely a good value for the price! The therapist asked basic questions about my mental health and past experiences without expecting detail or prying. The wait for an ESA letter via email was less than a day, and I was able to forward that email to my landlord who handled it appropriately moving forward.
