  I would absolutely give Pettable five stars! Everyone was super efficient and helpful, even when I made an error on the paperwork. My therapist got back to me quickly and was a huge help in approving me for an emotional support cat. I’ll be bringing him home soon; we’re naming him Geralt.

  I would rate Pettable 5/5 stars! My experience was as smooth as I could have ever hoped for as I was guided throughout the entire process. I was able to receive my ESA letter ina matter of days, took it to my leasing office and was all done and approved! The letter had all of the info my leasing office needed and I felt so good that I was able to speak to a licensed therapist. I highly recommend Pettable and have already recommended them to my friends! Thank you SO much for the services you offer. :)

  The process was fast and simple. Unlike the other services I like that Pettable connects you with what you actually require to have the legal rights of an emotional support animal. No non-existent esa registry database or certificates. The price is much more reasonable than apartment pet deposits and rent. I’m so grateful to more easily afford to live with my kitty Jade who helps me with my anxiety, thank you Pettable.

  I had a great experience with Pettable, I was able to register my dog Fruit Loop as an ESA right away, within one day of filling out the form on Pettable. My apt asked for more information from the doctor and it was super easy to pay for the additional services for the doctor to fill out additional paperwork, and it was the same price to do it even if you didn't buy it initially which is awesome. So you don't lose out on your money. I recommended Pettable to my friend who got a cat! :)

  I would rate my experience with Pettable a 5/5 thus far- however, my landlord has not yet verified that the letter has been accepted so I may be in contract with my therapist again about it. Megan, the social worker I was assigned to, was wonderful and great at communicating. There were a few things missing from the letter that my landlord required and she fixed it for me. She continued to work with me and my landlord until things were at a point where the paperwork could be submitted. However, like I said earlier, I don’t know if they will accept it yet. If I need more help, I am pretty sure that Megan will help me, which is a good feeling.

  I’d rate Pettable 5 stars, the process was easy and the doctor I was connected with was very knowledgeable. My apartment building decided to start using a third party called PetScreening.com for ESA Lease Renewal and they rejected my original letter from my previous doctor requesting more information. My new therapist did not know how to write a more detailed ESA letter and thought that my primary doctor would be more equipped. Timing was not on my side since my previous doctor moved away and my new primary doctor would not be able to provide a letter until we established a relationship, she requested to review notes from the previous doctor that I was not given. Pettable made it easy for me to talk with a real doctor that knew exactly how to provide the right level of detail to get my updated ESA letter approved by PetScreening.com which is notorious for rejecting legitimate ESA Letters. It’s a shame that there is a company out there that property managers are now using to deny legitimate ESA’s to get more money out of tenants. My Pettable letter was a bit more than I initially wanted to pay to be seen by a doctor but the guarantee made it all worth it. I will most likely be using Pettable again for my next least renewal to save the back and forth hassle with my personal doctors that are not as experienced with writing PetScreening.com approvable letters.

  As for my experience with Pettable, I would rate y'all 5/5! The experience using your services was prompt and easy. I got to speak with a licensed therapist the same day and I felt comfortable and relaxed during my entire conversation. I received my ESA letter only a few hours after my phone conversation with the therapist. Pettable was informing me of the process every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Pettable to anyone and will definitely use your services again in the future!

  I have nothing but great things to say about your service and have already mentioned your company to other friends for awareness. As someone who has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression since 2014, I was unaware of ESAs and a service such as Pettable that can allow me to have an animal at an apartment that doesn't allow pets. The entire process was efficient and seamless. Pettable connected me with a therapist, Aubrey who was very kind and understanding that made our session(s) very comfortable and stress-free.

  Hello, I would rate Pettable 10/5 stars if I could! This place made everything simple, from starting an account online, and within minutes I was emailed, and asked about a time that works best for me to talk to one of the company's awesome therapist. My ESA consultant was Dr. Taylor, she was so personable, friendly, and made the call as professional as possible. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family, and thanks to pettable my furry friend Koda can go anywhere I can, just the emotional support I need for day to day life.

  In my experience, I’d rate Pettable 5 out of 5. I thought it was extremely easy to book an appointment with a therapist. After I chose a time that worked for me, my therapist followed up promptly with more details and to ask if I had any questions.   I would love to write a review on the services provided by this company as they were outstanding and they went beyond expectations in helping me out during my certain situation at that time. I would rate this at 10 if I possibly could but unfortunately it only goes up to five. If that’s any indication of the services they provided to me in the most professional way ever imaginable. I’ve done lots and lots of research and trying to find a place that’s willing to fill the needs that I have and like I said this place went above and beyond without expectation and would highly recommend this to anybody looking to retain the services in which I was looking for. That also goes along with the doctor that calls you back with the questionnaire to verify your status was unbelievably unprofessional and went above and beyond my wildest expectations to make everything seamless as possible. And I would like to thank them personally if I could each and everyone of them for all the help guidance and advice provided within our phone calls. Don’t ever think for one minute that was ever paid to write this review because I don’t I don’t do reviews but the services in which I received deserved to be recognized in every way possible let other people know it is well worth everything investment wise to have this professional guidance direction help however you want to put it thank you all for all that you’ve done for me and believe me Word of mouth goes fairly quick and I’ve got your back and will be spreading the Word to whomever needs to render the services you provide once again thank you

  I appreciated that Pettable is one of the only verified online companies that support ESA letters to people who need them quickly or don't have time to schedule with their therapists to get a letter. After submitting my information, I instantly got scheduled for a brief call to see if I truly qualified for an ESA letter for my cat. Up until this point, I would have given 5 stars but my therapist did not deliver my ESA letter within a timely fashion as promised by Pettable (it was more like 4-5 business days). I had to personally reach out to the therapist from Pettable to remind her of Pettable's promised due dates to customers. I am taking away 1 star because I had to follow up with this therapist in order to get my letter. Other than that, Pettable worked with me seamlessly and the online/brief call is quick and painless for people who want a credible source when it comes to online ESA letters.

I was assigned to a therapist within a few hours and even had my consultation with her on that same day. The therapist was very kind and responsive to everything I said, and she made me feel comfortable to share with her. I was approved for my ESA on the same day too!   "From the time I applied to the time I was approved was very efficient. Pettables made sure that the Psychologist that handled my case was both qualiiand registered in the State of Florida. I received the ESA letter that day and was both able and comfortable in taking Maverick with me to the Restaurant, which I had been unable to do before The condo association does not allow pets over 30 lbs in the units Maverick will weigh around 90 lbs full grown and there is no way I could part with him Very satisfied with the procedure Thank you"

  Pettable made it easy for me to get the documents I needed for my new apartment when it would have taken me months to even get an appointment with my doctor. I didn’t need the documents prior to getting an apartment and I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process I got everything I needed quickly and my new apartment community accepted everything with no issues!

  The process was quick and very easy, especially since my own personal mental health journey has been very private. I have a bit more relief for the future with my ESA in regards to living situations as well as a piece of validation that I've never had before.   This process was a breeze, my original doctor refused to write an ESA letter, trying to make me jump threw difficult hoops.   I was undergoing a ton of big life changes (marriage, moving, traveling, family, work, etc.) and I wanted to talk to an expert about whether an emotional service pet would be good for me. Pettable was prompt and my two calls with the therapist were so great. My non-pet friendly apartment complex in california accepted the letter with no questions and even located me an apartment near the park so it would be easy to walk my dog. Thank you pettable!

  I would rate 4/5 stars because I was initially scared that this could be some kind of scam, so I was very nervous to pay up front. I think the business could be improved by scheduling an appointment first and then requiring payment at the end of the session. Other than that, I had a great experience! I was able to schedule quickly, my Dr was very kind, and she got me my ESA letter incredibly fast! She was also able to fix an error that we spotted on the letter quickly with no fuss. What a relief!

  Pettables is a legitimate site to receive an ESA letter. I reviewed a few others that are just not quite the same and seemed scammy. I just connected with a social worker in my area who provided a letter after two calls with her license number clearly communicating the reasoning behind the letter. In a very professional manner. I showed my landlord and my pet rent was removed. No questions asked.

  I had an excellent experience with Pettable! I wasn’t sure at all that the community I rent in was going to accept 2 dogs and the ESA request. Figured I’d try, so I ordered through the site and was contacted immediately by Pettable, who set me up with a licensed therapist in my state just as quickly. After a pleasant phone call with her, I received the ESA letter in my email and presented it to my landlord and the HOA. They requested a few records for the dogs, and within a week or so they gave me authorization for the dogs. Needless to say I am thrilled, because now I can bring my pets and not have to sneak around! Very grateful for this service, which is so important for pet owners who are truly responsible yet have trouble having their pets accepted. Thanks to Pettable!

  I give this service 5 stars! I was nervous with getting an ESA letter online. I was afraid they wouldn’t accept it. I was blown away. The process was so easy. Just a quick little chat with a real licensed therapist and she sent me an email with my ESA letter. The apartment complex has no problem taking it. I am so glad I got to use this service so I could bring my buddy with me! He is my everything! Now we are thriving in our new apartment.
