  Very comfortable bus. Castles beautiful and audior guide fine. Very hot day. Lunch on our own even though my confirmation voucher said luncH included. Typical disorganization at Paris City Vision office as various groups were waiting for buses. The check in line was out the door and down the street.

  The timing of the tour was perfect. There was enough time to see the sites without feeling rushed or feeling that we were waiting around too long before continuing on. It would have been nice, if you could clarify what is available for lunch before going to the restaurant as it was a little confusing as to what we could order. Other than that, the tour was great.

  The bus did not have working air conditioning which was torture during current heat wave. My family felt ill during the process. Upon return staff at the counter was apologetic and offered complimentary services which I appreciated. I would have expected for guide to ask for a replacement bus upon arriving to versaille and being aware of the problem and current weather conditions. Otherwise guide was clear and helpful.

  The website is nice, although laid out in a bit of a strange way and there is definitely a push toward the more expensive packages (like the 4 hour boat cruise and summit tour, which is nice, but a bit of a time suck for one day)and you have to do a bit of digging to find what you’re looking for.

  Good day out of Paris. I recommend the full day tour as the half day would be too short to see everything. Without the 12 o’clock lunch, we had a more leisurely and less crowded experience in the gardens.

  Happy with our Eiffel Tower experience. We went in the evening and loved the views and we took the stairs on the descent. Skip the lines was great. Too staff was very helpful. Too bad that there isn’t a way to skip the lines on the interior of the tower too.

  Bus was over a half hour late In picking us up in Paris. Guide did not keep us informed. Made critical remarks is about Portuguese family on tour who were using audio guides. Very unprofessional. Replacement drive vet did a good job. The guide seemed bored with her presentation and added silly reinactments of historical figures. The two chateaus were very worthwhile seeing. Be prepared for a 12 hour day. If I did the tour again, I would opt for the audio guide.

  It was great! The guide gave us a good plan on how to view the gardens as our time was limited. Her instructions were clear. If you could give the following message to administration of Monet’s house and gardens, I would appreciate it. The garden maintenance such as weed wacking and cutting the grass all should be done before their guests arrive. The loud noise ruined the ambiance of the gardens and the peaceful visit I was hoping to have.

  A 4 hour tour ran 5 1/2 hours. A skip the line tour, yet we had to wait 30 minutes in the sun. The actual tour only lasted one hour. The bus was hot & no WiFi. Worst tour ever. Will not work with Paris City Vision Tours again.

  Natasha tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable about Paris, champagne and the region. It was unfortunate that the agency did not include our names in her list, which resulted in our tour bus departing 15 minutes ahead of the printed and scheduled 8:20am departure. Luckily, Natasha came back for us - driving in Paris traffics- and we enjoyed a wonderful day in Reims.

  Excellent service, so quick and efficient that I couldn’t believe how easy it was to order tickets to the Louvre on line and pick them up on your way there, just a block before you get to the museum. As I picked up my tickets I signed up for a tour of Mount San Michell. It was fantastic! Service is quick as soon as you get there early, it can get crowded, but they speak English and they are very well trained. The tour guides are also multilingual and knowleadgeable. I should have gotten tickets on line to the Eiffel upwelling and St. Chappelle, the lines without a ticket were so long that I gave up, but had a fantastic time in Paris, nevertheless.

  Our tour guide Elizabeth was fantastic, very knowledgeable in all areas and when it got busy showed us other areas of interest and still could answer all questions. Highly recommend this tour as the Louvre is so big and hard to navigate on your own
