We booked our trip to Versailles fairly last minute. We knew we were not confident in our French to fully immerse ourselves on a self guided tour. Having a tour guide providing English was perfect! Florence was amazing, her knowledge and passion about the history of Versailles was so enjoyable. She was humorous and patient, answered our questions - we would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit this area.

Was easy to find meeting site. I didn't feel comfortable finding the train station to go to Monet's gardens on my own so this was more expensive than doing it on my own but got it done.

The website was easy enough to navigate and I appreciated being able to book on short notice, after a competitor of yours let us down by cancelling our tour only 48 hours before. Your tour ended up not really being worth the cost for us, but maybe it is worth it to other people.
