  I was told to confirm my reservation the day before, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. So when my pickup time came and went and was 20 minutes past the pickup time, I was worried. No one from my hotel could get a hold of anyone either. Finally, about 30-35 minutes later, someone showed up. It was a small tour with just one other couple, which was nice. But a tour is not really what we had. We basically paid over $100 for a car ride and entrance to Monet's gardens. I was expecting more info on Monet and Giverny on our ride, but the guide really didn't give much info. Overall, not the best "tour". The term "Guided" in the title is misleading and should be removed.

  We enjoyed our tour. When we signed up we knew there would be positive and negative aspects. The positives were not having to navigate roads routes, or parking. Negatives were having to go with the group time line We would have liked more time in certain areas, and the food at the group dinner was atrocious. Seriously bad food. Everyone at our table agreed.

  Very friendly and helpful people. Due to some unexpected delays we were not able to keep our reservation. The staff was very helpful in helping us find another option.

  Had a fantastic time the guide was amazing. But the other people in the group keep getting lost and staying longer and holding us up will probably give this Bad rating and I promise you it was excellent from Aussie Dave

  We couldn't reach on time & hence missed the opportunity to visit Second level of Eifel tower. Will again reach Paris on 28/9/18. Is there any chance of you honouring our booking of 14/9/18 on 28/9/18? Cheers, Nitin Potnis
