  Easy to book tickets online, very comfortable bus ride, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable tour guides. The tour covers all the key attractions in 3 regions. The hotels provided during the tour were good. It’s an excellent tour, worth every dime and I would highly recommend taking it.

  Well, we were able to get a ticket to go up the Tower. However, even though I first tried to book a tour on the official site, I was unable to do so because the tour companies get all the slots months ahead, which leave individuals out in the cold and forces them to go through a tour company to get a spot. I resent that. It means paying more for the inconvenience of having to use a tour company. That said, I got what I paid for, and we did get to go up the Tower. The associates at the Company were professional and polite and we were well led to the Tower and given a few tips.

  The email I received confirming the booking said I should call the day before our event to check for pick up time. I made several attempts to call pariscityvision but could never get through. I was able to see our details on the website and the company called the hotel the morning of the event to update me with departure time. Perhaps it would be more efficient if the company sent an email 24 hours before the event since they have all the client’s preferred contact information

  Enjoyed excursions. The guides we had were informative and engaging answering questions. Our tour guide to the Eiffel Tower was not as pleasant as the ladies. He appeared as though he got tired of answering the same questions. Also, one of our tours, included lunch, however nobody at the office ever explained that some would have lunch on the bus and others will not. When we got off the bus, the guide did not know anything about it and we had to stand back in line. Fortunately, a gentleman came in and asked who has the lunch included and sent us across the street. We picked up our afternoon tour with a new tour group and guide. This tour was for the Eiffel Tower. We had to walk to the office. He was not as pleasant. Also, the main office should have a restroom for tourist to use if needed before their tour.

  We had a great small group tour to Versailles and Monets Garden. We had a guide/driver and 8 guests (including my husband and myself) in a mini van. While this day trip was not cheap, I felt it was well worth the money because of the small group attention you got from your guide and the express entry into Versailles. When we left the palace the line to get in for individuals was very, very, VERY long. Because we were part of a group we got in really quickly and our tour got there early to bet the crowds, we also got to see some of the fountain show. Entry to the gardens was included in our tour costs. It was our guides first day of doing a tour in English and while his language was not perfect it was pretty good. Our guide spoke 4 or 5 languages which I think is amazing! At Versailles our guide handed my husband and I and 3 other English speaking guests over to one of his colleagues to do the guided tour through as his colleague spoke more fluent English. We did have to wait an extra 20 minutes to get into the palace because of this but the guide we had was fantastic. His knowledge about the palace was impressive. Our 3 course lunch, with cider and wine included, at a restaurant in the French countryside was wonderful. The food was great! The apple flan and vanilla ice cream dessert was delicious! Monets Garden is beautiful. Being picked up and dropped back to your hotel in Paris was fantastic. No having to try and find a location to be picked up from and then have to find your way back to the hotel at the end of a long day. In summary, a pricey day tour but I think well worth the money. My husband and I had a great day.

  Tour suited us very well. We wanted to have a dinner on Eiffel tower and a night time boat trip at 9pm which was beautiful and Moulin rouge was an experience. The guides were very helpful. One criticism - we had to wait an hour to get the lift up the tower. We would have preferred to walk than wait.

  We booked 4 tours with them. The problem we had was that one trip had the tour bus arrive about ten minutes late and there was a little lack of organization. Our biggest problem was with a tour that the guide never showed up. There were only 2 of us booked and it was a cold and rainy day. We were there at 9:30 for a 10:00 a.m. tour. We waited in the wet and cold until 10:10. While I waited my husband went to 2 shops and showed our paperwork to make sure we were located at the correct place. We also saw a tour guide from another company and he also confirmed we were at the correct place. We took photos of the location that we waited. The next day we showed a man at the office the photos and he said we were listed as a no show. When he saw the photos he agreed that we were there but would have to send a complaint to customer service. It has been 7 days now and am waiting to hear back from them.

  The website does not indicate the sequence of the Eiffel Tower and river cruise. I wanted to go to the Tower at 19:45 to see the sunset and bought the tickets at that time for that reason. Apparently the sequence fluctuates, according to the staff. Disappointed. Although the cruise and Eiffel Tower experiences were very good. The guide that lead us to the cruise walked extremely fast. Difficult to keep up.

  The driver/tour guide picked us up from the hotel,a great service for visitors coming to Paris for the first time .In that morning ,before the tour ,we were reminded of the schedule by a lady with a warm welcoming voice.We went to the Palace of Versailles and the gardens.our tour guide was very knowledgeable and he made it more interesting.

  Bus left right on time. The first bus driver was smug and kind of rude. The guide was nice. She had a lot of facts. But didn’t tell us when something interesting was coming up, we were passing it as she told us about it. And bus driver didn’t slow down at things for us to see or take a picture.

  Great agency, with a very special service representative, Claudine. She's been there for 25 years, and all you have to do is give her what you want to do and see, prioritize them ,give her your time constraints and she will find something for you. I was on a 2 day layover and only had about 8 hours to see anything. I went to the Musee d'Dorsay, had lunch nearby, and then did a two hour bus tour of Paris. It was a perfect introduction to Paris. On my next visit I hope to have more time, and I hope Claudine is still working there.

  I had problems in locating the office to pick up audio equipment in Paris. I was then I formed I needed additional paperwork. This was all too much however the worker was able to navigate around this issue and I finally completed the tour.

  The Audio guided Tour of Notre Dam is a complete waste of money. The Eiffel tour, lunch at First floor and access to second floor, Seine Cruise are good value for money and I will recommend it.

  The boat tour was very nice, but the food was very bad. It was different from what was stated on the website. Our boat was not as nice as the other two boats and although we had a confiormation on our booking, we were not on the list.

  Ordered it online, nothing special, they sent confirmation and said they will send another email with vouchers but they never did. When we showed up at the agency they gave us tickets for bus .

  Overall great tour, offering a variety of tours but onsite registration is chaotic. Also having people wait for 30 mins or more in bad weather conditions is dangerous, offered no seating for elderly or physically disabled.

  When ordering one of the tours on the Black Friday sales, I change the language to "Japanese," and suddenly "Fly over Paris in Virtual Reality" was added and the tour price went up. I didn't want to pay extra, so I tried to redo my order several times. The same thing happened. So I ordered the tour, having selected "English" as the language preference. "Fly over Paris in Virtual Reality" was not added, and I did not have to pay extra. If they added "Fly over Paris in Virtual Reality" and raised the tour price, they had to explain why, but there was no explanation on the screen. I discussed with the company about my experience. They said, "'you didn't select an hour of the city tour so it automatically proposes you the duo city tour + fly over Paris,' or 'the city tour was full so it automatically proposes you the duo 'city tour + fly over Paris". Date and hour selection comes after the language selection. So "'you didn't select an hour of the city tour so it automatically proposes you the duo city tour + fly over Paris" doesn't apply. The "Fly over Paris in Virtual Reality" was added right after I selected "Japanese." "The city tour was full so it automatically proposes you the duo 'city tour + fly over Paris" might not have been the reason, because I could book the tour later. They said they had checked if there was a problem and there was not. Maybe the problem occurred only on the Black Friday Sales and only to those selected 'Japanese' as the language, or only to me. Though I enjoyed the tour itself, unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the shopping experience on the Cityvision site at all.

  The tour guide was inaudible. We spent 25 minutes inside a gas station (not on the itinerary). The first review I wrote on this website was “declined” for no apparent reason. Do not waste your time with this tour/company.

  There was a problem with my card because I’m in the US. My bank asked me to verify first, which I did, and was charged, but the tour said I was declined, so I didn’t get a voucher. I sent them three emails which they acknowledged, but they never answered my question, so we didn’t get to do the tour. I signed up for two other short events and did those.

  It is unfortunate that my review has been declined! Real experiences whether good or bad should be allowed to be shared so other tourist can make a properly informed decision based on factual events by other tourists. Shame on Paris City Vision.
