  The tour was great. The queue at the office was not! I had paid online so I did not expect to wait 30 mins in line to check/ in. I also didn’t like that other people pushed in ahead of us. That was poor organisation. There should have been a check-in queue for people who had already paid and should not have to wait for people who take 10 mins to buy tickets to wherever!!

  Tour guide was excellent, so was the first bus driver. The 2nd driver that required a break after driving 1 hour was reckless and made us nauseous with his abrupt breaking and turning.

  The tour was good value and all buss and boat drivers were polite and helpful. We just had difficulty finding the pick up points. We asked one of the actual ticket sellers and she was most unhelpful.

  Our tour to Giverny was perfect. We went for a full day, made our own lunch arrangements at a Michelin 1 star in the village and thoroughly enjoyed the gardens and Monet’a home

  Not worth the price. The bus was almost a half hour late arriving at Giverny and that time was not made up in the gardens so instead of having 2 full hours there we had 1.5. When you are paying for an experience you should get what you pay for. The sole reason we paid for this experience was for the ease of travel to and from Giverny and for the allotted time there. The buses are clean and air conditioned but we were told there is no bathroom in the pariscityvision office nor on the bus even though you are required to arrive early to check in. That should be remedied as well. I would not be inclined to book with them again.

  Overall, it was a nice experience. The driver was polite and prompt in every aspect of the process. He proceeded safely and insisted on the usage Of seatbelts. I would recommend that he use a traffic/travel app to navigate traffic faster and more efficiently. The food offered on the dinner cruise was a different menu than advertised. It wasn’t a huge deal but the actual menu was much less appealing than what we were expecting. I think it just goes back to the expectation set. It would have been better not to give a menu than to give a wrong menu. A piece of advice for future dinner cruise participants for a 6:45 cruise would be to bring a pair of sunglasses. Depending on where you are sitting on the boat, and direction of travel on the river, the sun is blinding and uncomfortable. Moulin Rouge was nice and as expected. We would use this company again.

  I think they try to cram too many things and people into their tours for the sake of profit. The tour groups are HUGE, and the days aren’t planned well in terms of time. Not enough time in some places, too much time in others.

  Overall very happy with the Paris City vision. Very friendly and helpful staff at the agency. Only the long waiting time in front of bus could be optimised as it was freezing cold and we were standing outside at least 20 minutes.

  We had a lovely day visiting Monet's garden in Giverny. The tour guides were very helpful and spoke very clearly so we heard every word. They were also friendly with a good sense of humour. The bus was so comfortable we almost fell asleep on the way back to Paris.

  We were buying a COACH BUS tour! Not our fault there wasn't enough people to justify your bottom line! Had we known it would be a VAN, we could have made different plans. One couple assigned to this van walked back in and I guess asked for money back. We would have but it was too late to make other arrangements! POOR business practice and NOT happy!!!! I have taken your illumination tours 11 times in the past so knew what to expect! I feel like we should be given most of our money back as you did not give us what was promised. This will be posted publicly unless you have the integrity to make amends.

  This all day tour was excellent with Martine. Her English was great with a wonderful Parisienne accent...great sense of humour & very professional & knowledgeable about the material. Would highly recommend a full day @ Versailles as 1/2 day would not have done the palace justice. This is the third tour with this company which were Mont St Michel, Normandy & Versailles which were all great ~ highly recommend this tour company.

  Better explanation of trip timing needed. Lunch was disappointing. Getting into Versailles palace was frustrating. Guide was overwhelmed by other tour guides. Got in 20 minutes pasr reserved time (which they didn’t tell us till wewere at entrance. Palace itself wad overwhelmingly crowded. Giverney (Monet) was much better

  Unlike our experience with getting our tickets for our previous tour where we had to que for 40 minutes to hand in our voucher we paid for months ago on this tour we met the guide at the start of the tour and away we went.
