  A very convenient means of booking a tour through France. The staff, buses, and accommodations were all great. The tours can feel rushed and disjointed at times but well worth the convenience of you don't want the hassle of driving and booking legs of a trip.

  On the ticket the fact that you must meet at the office should be written larger and bolder so people can focus in on the fact that they do not meet at the Eiffel Tower but at the office a block away. When we arrived at the office 2 minutes after our booked time it was locked. We wandered around outside for 5 minutes wondering what to do and thinking we had been scammed before our tour guide arrived. When he added out the tickets for the cruise he was 2 tickets short. (There were 6 of us and he only had 4 tickets). The office staff were not arriving for 2 hours so it was our responsibility to return to the office after our visit to the tower and request the 2 missing tickets. He offered no other help or suggestion.

  We had a great guide, Christopher.!! Walking around the Jewish ghetto/quarter, seeing some "bullet holes" from a battle, learning the Honest history of France during the war, brought everything to light. It was a wonderful, too short great tour!

  Very entertaining evening. I think once in your life you must do Moulin Rogue. It is all you thought and then more. The evening was very enjoyable, including the 3 course meal and the show. Very polished and slick. Thoroughly recommended.

  Online purchase is very good. However, there were not enough people at the check-in counters and some of the people manning are taking such a sweet time, making me tense if I will be able to get into the bus on time. I arrived 30mins before the departure but was Only able to get to the bus 5 mins before, in spite of being the next in line.

  Overall it was a good way to get there, but it seemed unorganized. We did not leave on time, then there was a lot of traffic, then the bus driver made a lengthy detour of the highway for no reason. As a result, we were pressed for time and I felt rushed. Not the experience I was hoping for. The guide had good information, but what they don't tell you is that there is no guided tour once you arrive. Very odd. So it is not really guided. Save your money and take the unguided tour.

  We were late to the bus. The area had lots of closed off roads due to unexpected delays. We were hoping that Paris vision would understand and work with us. We offered to take our own transportation to meet up with our group. They said that was not allowed and our tickets could not be refunded. Poor customer service.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my 1/2 day excursion to Monet's house & gardens in Giverny. Vincent was an excellent guide. Because my tour was on May 1st, it presented some logistical problems for the driver & guide, but they handled it beautifully. I'd love to take another excursion with the same company the next time I'm in Paris.

  One hour to get to the river!!! so you are better off buying directly a boat trip and a bus tour for the night, separately, and that way you can control the time.. and the price is about the same
