  Advertised two hours at Giverny. In fact only had an hour and 15 minutes at the garden. Not enough time. Experience felt rushed. Time in garden should not include walking there and returning to bus.

  When we arrived for our first tour, there was a long line & I was worried we would miss our tour. The line moved very quickly because they had all the windows open and were prepared to help. The people at the windows spoke English and were helpful.

  The tour was supposed to leave at 8:15 - we left at 8:40. Boarding the coach was chaotic. The guide was giving out the wrong vouchers or not giving them out at all. Perhaps all the relevant vouchers and tickets could be given out when people check in at the office. There were too many combinations of the tour on one bus and the guide struggled to deal with them. As a result of the late departure we arrived at Monet's Garden at 10am. The people on the half day trip therefore had 1 hour and 45 mins to get from the coach park to the garden and back again.I trust they got a partial refund. We were told to be back at the meeting point at 4:45 for a 5pm departure. The guide arrived back at 5:05 - apparently they were 15 mins late arriving so was ok to leave late. NO it is not. The people on the full day tour need to be kept informed as to what is happening. I feel the organisation at the start and end of the tour was unacceptable and unless changes can be made I would not recommend travelling with your company,

  If this is the review for Villers Bretonneux it was excellent & our host Danielle was wonderful. If this is for our tour around Paris then we are very disappointed & certainly not value for money. As we spent so much time delivering people to their lunch cruise & saw very little if Paris.

  The tour itself was excellent! The driver was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. However, trying to contact pariscityvision by phone the day before and the day of the tour to confirm the pickup time was nearly impossible and accomplished only by the hotel concierge. Really liked the size of the 8 passenger van. It was very clean and well maintained. And Monet's home and gardens were spectacular!

  fantastic tour and truly great night in the town. As close as one can get to a true VIP/private chauffeur experience in Paris. I can’t praise this company and tour enough. Splurging for the small group option was definitely worth it and offered great value for what you get. The only unpleasant aspect of this tour was beyond the control of the company-long line to enter the moulin rouge theater, which does not offer a skip the line option to anyone. But the show itself and the entire evening was otherwise brilliant.

  Good tour, we’ll organised & a great guide. The ‘champagne tasting’ wasn’t a tasting exercise at all but just a single glass per place. Would be better to have a tasting session so u can compare the various types. Otherwise, all good !

  Guided tour to Giverny means the guide talks for the first 30 minutes of the hour and a half bus ride to Monet's house and gardens and then dumps you at the group gate. The Sunday afternoon crowds were so dense you could only see 2 of the 3 major attractions: the house, the garden, and the water garden.

  Normandy Day Trip was my #1 Must Do on our France list.   "Walter" was our guide and we found him VERY knowledgeable, had EXCELLENT English and was very easy to understand. This tour had a nice lunch. Pick-up was on-time. We found the tour to be very positive and would take it again. We've found ParisCityVision to be a very good company to work with.

  The office did not have a working bathroom. They could have made arrangements with a nearby business for use of bathrooms or at the very least sent information to customers that they did not have a bathroom available for use prior to the excursion.

  Celine was knowledgeable about all aspects of our tour- lovely person who really looked after you- the tour needs to be longer due to Paris traffic - the traffic impacted on the time we had each place - the tour company needs to look into hotel pick ups having extra time added to tout as the Paris traffic impacted on this - tour was fantastic and our group enjoyed the commentary well done celine

  One day tour to Mont Saint Michel is well planned and organized. We are so glad to be allowed to have more than 3 hours self tour. So we can visit the Mont Saint Michel by our own pace. The tour guides are all professional and helpful. Particularly one female tourist guide is very friendly and professional who is speaking fluent Chinese.

  Monet's gardens were wonderful. But the guided tour was not. We couldn't keep up with our guide or group. We lost touch with the group just as we entered the gardens. The guide didn't really work to keep the group together.

  Easy to book. Accurate description. More time at Giverny than expected. Driver was nice, friendly, helpful. On our own at Giverny so could pace ourselves. Just note that can’t really confirm by phone the day before, recording in French, so we cabbed to their office and confirmed. Nice staff. Pick up really is at your hotel. Website unclear.

  Enjoyed my one day in London. The hosts were very helpful and gave good tips. Unfortunately the traffic was horrible that day due road closure. Spent several hours on the bus trying to get to the Tower. Would’ve just used a taxi instead of the tour bus if I had known.

  Timing and organization Ok. Guide not very friendly (other guides giving a lot of explanations and he only giving just the minimum. That is why we choose a small group tour, to have a friendlier explanation!
