  This was a fabulous trip and worth every cent. I booked the whole day excursion which included an audio guide (very detailed and interesting) lunch, entry to the impressionist museum and an afternoon pastry. The coach was air conditioned and very comfortable with cold drinks for sale and all the guides were incredibly friendly. Next time I go to Paris I’ll try a different trip but Paris City Vision will be my first choice agent.

  This company has extremely poor customer service and company policies. My daughter got food poisoning 24 hrs before our tour and was unable to go. After 6 calls and 3 emails to the company they did not respond to us. Finally, I went to the headquarters where I was told we would get $0 refund and no voucher. We understood we would not get a full refund as hotels and food were booked, but we were hoping for a partial refund as this circumstance was out of our hands. We did not cancel this trip, we both wanted to go, but my daughter was too sick to even walk and I had to take care of her. A company that does not have an illness or death policy is shameful. I have now read many other reviews about how this company has scammed sick people out of their money. Basically, there is absolutely no customer service and this company is a scam. Do not ever book ahead because if something unfortunate happens to you they will not be sympathetic or understanding in the slightest.

  I ordered a time at 7:45 pm. When I arrived at the office I was told my Eiffel time was 10:30 and that we were going on a river cruise for an hour. No complaints but I should have been informed about the change.

  A scam. I booked through this company because the only official Eiffel Tower site tickets left were for 11pm the day my family was hoping to go. I booked five tickets for 7:45pm that were advertised to include second floor Eiffel Tower access and a river tour after — an option that I didn’t care about but was willing to pay a few extra bucks for in order to get the earlier Tower access tickets. My family showed up at 7:30pm as instructed by the company only to be given tickets to an 8:30 river tour and 11pm Eiffel Tower entry. When I and others in the tour group (some who were given 8pm Tower tickets, and others who got 10 and 10:30p) complained, the guide shrugged his shoulders and offered us stickers with the tour company name, walked us to the Tower and boat line, and left us. The whole thing was an absolute scam and nearly everyone in the group complained the company did not deliver on what they promised at booking. A complete disappointment.

  It was very easy to book the trips online On the first trip to Versailles, was picked up at hotel in taxi and brought to the main office to go from there. The same was done on the way back, however there was a very long wait for the taxi to bring me back to the hotel. I did not stay for it and made my own way back.

  I signed up and paid for a small group tour but there were 40 people on a large bus. Our guide Francoise was very good informative and gave excellent commentary but her French accent was so strong that we missed a lot of what she said. Her voice was quiet and did not carry well. We were not given voice boxes with earphones for information and instructions when we were off the bus, which would have been helpful The Normandy sites are so inspiring and historic and there is so much to see in a small amount of time. The day was well organized and efficiently run, with a good lunch that was served quickly so we did not waste time. Given the time it takes to get there and back, there is not a lot of time to soak up history. But we saw a little of everything and now know that fee need to return with our grandchildren and spend more time. A guide who spoke more clearly in English would have made a lot of difference for those of us who want to savor all the history details that she was trying to provide.

  My reservation was screwed up by ParisCity Vision. For some reason they sent 2 separate drivers to pick us up at our hotel. The 2nd driver, of course, reported that we weren't there and, thus, the company cancelled our reservation. When the first driver delivered us to the office, we signed and were told to wait. When the call was made for a tour starting after ours, I brought this to their attention. They ultimately got us to Versailles about 40 minutes late and we lost out on that much time to wander thru the gardens. No effort was made to make up the lost time or adjust our cost.

  Loved the itinerary and all the places we went including lunch and boutique champagne owner. Moet Chandon was definitely worth going! The trip was all day but was so awesome! Daniella was very informative, attentive, cautious with care, and had sense of humors! We had a great time and a small group (it was 6 people) made it perfectly! Thank you for the memorable time!
