  Thé du Hammam I have found nothing like it. There is a subtle fragrance--not quite sweet barely flowery--that complements rather than overpowering the taste which is quite simply beautiful. Also love the Thé de Moines which is equally inventive. I have tried a few examples of their sencha and they were all of excellent quality but quite pricey. I may stick with the range at my local shop :)

  The tea is exceptional This is my favorite tea of all time. The flavor blend is exceptionally good the tea is delicious and well balanced. However having bought it in France it is frustrating to have to pay so much for it. I love the fruit tisanes and I think it is costing me about 3x what it costs in France. I wish I could buy in larger volumes and in less fancy containers.

  The website is very difficult to navigate. The teas are hard to find I can’t reorder from. A previous order without the site crashing. When I try to re-direct the delivery location the site refused the info. When I sent a message to redirect the delivery I got no response. I ended up having to have it mailed twice - hardly cost effective. But I love the proguct.

  The order was filled and delivered very quickly. I have not tasted all teas that I ordered but of the ones I have tasted I am very pleased. The packaging does not rely on too much plastic (although there is some) which I concerns me.

  Poor packing of the items placed in the box. No packing material or protection placed in box. Just the items were present in the box so they could bounce around and bang against each other. Prior order was similar with broken glass that essentially had no protection.
