  The ordering portion of the website is not always functioning when I go to place an order.Seperately when I call the NY customer service it's hit or miss whether someone will answer the phone. When I've left a voicemail my call hasn't been returned.

  I can’t say enough positive things about the quality of teas we buy at Palais des Thés. We love the selection and quality. Unlike many flavored teas their tea tastes like it smells so we are never disappointed with a flavorless tea Thanks for having a U.S. presence

  Some of their tea is so popular they often sell out but the service is fast. One time they sent me a wrong item but upon phone call they sent me the correct item immediately. I will definitely purchase from them again. Several of my friends were so impressed with quality and asked if they have retail locations in the US. I wish they still had their NYC location...maybe open in another city?

Plus amazingly even though the cardboard box was bashed in on one side everything in it was packed so well that ALL of the products I ordered were fine including some china W0W : )I also phoned to inquire about some other products I wanted & the woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly & helpful.

  I originally got the tea in a sampler package for a friend that drinks a lot of teas. She really enjoyed THÉ DES SONGES exotic oolong tea. After contacting the company I got the sampler package from I contacted Palais des Thes USA and they knew exactly what I wanted. Ordering as fast and easy and I got the tea in about a week or so.

  They don't always have the teas I am looking for but they do offer lost of seasonal varieties. So in the end I get to try many different sorts of teas and I enjoy the experience. I only had to contact their customer service once because my order had not shipped more than 2 weeks after I placed it. I did not get any response but they shipped my order the next day.

  The website is difficult to navigate and use. Often links don’t work on mobile devices. Even using a full sized computer using the site links to duplicate or or even find items from a previous order doesn’t work. Sometimes items listed can’t be ordered and/or not in the amounts desired. However once an order is achieved notification and delivery time is fantastic.

  I tried the samplers to start. I liked that they also include a few individual tea flavors sample as well. I did reorder based on a tea I sampled. The delivery for my recent order was later than expected- over week. But I do like The products.
