  The tea is always delicious. The delivery is always prompt. However the customer service is non-existent. I have sent email and left voice messages one multiple occasions and not once have I ever received a response.

  Delivery is fairly quick the product is the highest quality and when I did have to talk to customer service a couple of years ago they were amazing. They let me know that a limited edition product was back in stock.

  I love love love the tea I receive from Palais Des Thes. The order too a week to get here which is not a huge amount of time but as I was going through tea withdrawals it seemed a long time. Customer service is a moot point as I placed the order on-line and I had no interaction with anyone though I did receive e-mail updates as to when my order shipped. Great tea

  Customer service representatives requires to answer phone calls and e-mail the client for follow up of orders as promptly as possible. Maybe there was a staffing issue in NY office. Orders placed on Jan. 14 has no follow up until someone picked up the phone on Jan. 18 and started explaining. However the promise of delivery was not fulfilled at the same time. Another waiting period begins....

  An initial delivery inadvertently left out one item on my order. It is easy to be in touch with Customer Service and they were very apologetic about missing one time and very quickly and nicely worked out the situation. I will definitely continue ordering from them. They seem to be a very nice professional company.

  You all don't have stick in a lot of items. It is a pain and touch have good tea so it's disappointing. Tins always used to come in dented and finally you all fixed that.

  Was sent loose tea instead of tea bags. Earl grey. No one has responded when I told them. Ordered tea bags(for travel) . I checked my order online and confirmed it was tea bags checked the invoice slip and it said loose tea. So what now? No one will respond

  I placed an order and paid for 2 day shipping. Never got a shipping notice never got a response to the 2 emails I sent inquiring about my order. Was unable to track my order from the website.   The packaging is very nice. My favorite tea is still du Hamman I've also tried 2 herbal tea the rose one is unique and I find it nice and aromatic but the lemon one was a little disappointing. I also wish there are small portions are available for sales before committing to buying them in large quantity that would be a change that will prompt me to purchase and try more variety of teas.

  The teas are lovely and as described on the website. The foil pouches keep them nice and fresh (as opposed to the loose tea in the tins). There is a delivery charge to Canada but everything got here fast and as indicated by the shop.

  Large choice (although one of my favorites smoked teas Lapsang Souchang is not available any longer) some at affordable prices easy online ordering fast delivery. The best way to get teas of top quality in the US.
