  Great teas! The selection is a bit smaller than in past years, so I hope they bring back some of their previous offerings. I highly recommend The des Songes (now called dreamy oolong) and chai imperial, but many of their teas are very good.

  I love the quality of Palais des Thes teas, they are delicious and following the steeping instructions helps get the best experience! They always send a few free sample tea bags which I love, and when I recently received an incorrect free gift with my order they were very prompt in sending me a replacement. I would highly recommend Palais des Thes to anyone looking to try new teas or gift some teas to friends.

  The caramel and vanilla are my absolute favorite black teas. I’ve reordered them both a couple of times and I love combining them for a nice and sweet drink with some foamy milk. This was my first time trying the earl grey and it’s really good too and perfect for a London fog.

  I really liked the products I received. The taste and quality are remarkable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the message that accompanied the package. Since it was a gift, the message was printed on a sheet of paper along with the product list, which made it neither visible nor special. We almost threw away the sheet without noticing it. It could be improved by including a separate card with the message to make it feel more special, just like the teas. Thank you!

  I have always loved tea, especially green tea. Although there are some good teas available in a supermarket, I have a pantry full of "meh" supermarket teas. I decided to try Palais des Thés because the flavors sounded so good. And they are! Every day I have one cup of caffeinated and another cup of herbal tea; there is a cup sitting next to me right now! I take my tea when I travel, and I am probably one of the only people to bring French tea to the UK!

  Love the variety they have , my fav Saint James and I love his they send you different type of samples to try . The shipping is fast 2-3 days . I got on the hook when my sister received a sampler gift for Christmas and that's how we end up trying it . Me and her always order our favorites ❤️
