  My browsing experience was very good. The search function seems to work well. On a couple of occasions, the Tea descriptions were in written in French. So I used to online translator in those couple of cases.

  I have ordered multiple times and always enjoyed the quality and variety of teas available. Service impeccable. My last order however arrived in an extremely concerning state. I reached out to customer service including pictures and still have not received any response. It is quite disappointing and a little sad, because up until now I considered Palais des Thés one of my loveliest, enjoyable, and favorite online shopping experiences.

  We usually order the Palais des Thes advent calendar through Uncommon goods catalogue, but this year they were out and we ordered directly from Palais des Thes website.
