  The online shopping experience is a wonderful one with an easy to navigate interface. Since I live in Southern California, the shipping took a lot longer to get here about 1 1/2 week period. Overall, Palais des Thes offers the best and delicious teas comparing to other tea companies.

  It is quibbling, I realize, but compared to other companies, there wasn’t quite the speed, given the deadline of Dec 1st for Advent calendars, as I’ve seen with other companies to get items shipped when up against holidays. It isn’t a complaint, just an acknowledgement that if you are ordering last minute, Palais is not going to compensate for that in their process, so one needs to order appropriately early enough. It is not Amazon with next-day shipping.

  Not only this is a great gift and my adult sons love it, but the customer ser ice is really efficient. There was a trouble with the delivery (100% from the transporter) and it was solved quickly! Will buy again next year!

  The delivery is quick and we enjoyed the Scandi tea and ordered another 2 herbal varieties. We did receive the spread, but not any samples. No problem, it just read that we were supposed to get some with our order, unless I misunderstood.
