  Your website tricks people into thinking the order didn’t go through only for people to retry the order several times and then find out they were charged multiple times. Last time shopping at Palais des tea and will tell everyone to avoid the store. Very disappointed. I submitted a customer request to stop the order and they were not able to do that. Simply terrible experience

  The tea is great, but the three containers that were holding the tea were all pushed on the side, damaged. I guess because of the shipping. Anytime I close the container after I use the tea, I have a hard time. I am leaving the container open now, but afraid that the nice aroma will go away.

  I have always liked tea, but recently I was advised to give up coffee and switch to tea. I allow myself one cup of caffeinated and one cup of decaf tea per day, I found Palais des Thés and fell in love! I recently purchased an electric kettle that allows me to select the water temperature, which is perfect for my tea; no more boiling water for every variety, regardless of recommendations. I will be spending three weeks in the UK this fall, and I will be taking my Palais des Thés with me. Bringing French tea to the UK...heresy!
